Okay, discussing Monday's US episode... don't read if you don't want to know...

So, Victor is an ass....

I mean, WTF?! He makes up the entire thing about his death and when he comes back, he gives himself the right not to even talk to his kids?! Geez, I wanted Nick to punch him in the face. And on top of it all, he talks to SHARON of all people?! And speaking off... the man comes back from the dead and she immediately talks about work to him?! Come on, Sharon!

Jana/Kevin is FFed... annoying and boring as always...

We really need a break from the Newmans. Abbotts are sorely missed. Back in the old days, we would have Abbotts on the front burner, then after a while Newmans. Now that there are no Abbotts, it seems like it's same people and stories every day and those people being Newmans and Newman connected people.

We need a new family.

Which is not going to happen — it costs too much.

I miss the Abbotts, too. I think it will get better once Billy returns. I haven't had a Newman overdose yet. I'm actually lovin' them, right now.

I love their storyline too now. But I still want some diversity. Maybe that's because all the other little storylines annoy me (Daniel/Amber, Jana/Kevin, Michael/Michael's Dad etc). I only like Lane storyline because of other characters (Chloe, Jill, Kay).

Last week with Chloe/Esther/Jill/Katherine was such good times. I loved those scenes, and every actress did a wonderful job playing off one another. I'm growing tired of Goddard though. Plus, if Liam turns out to be Billy, then I'm going to feel so sorry for Jill. She'll have to deal with BOTH Amber and Chloe dealing with her sons!

Not sure if a new family is needed now. I'd rather just ring back MIA characters, or even original Y&R characters.

IA there has been an awful lot of Newman focus. I'm hoping TPTB are already aware that the Abbotts need to be reconstructed -- in part via Jill and Kay. That's where nuBilly would come in.

And Ashley needs to come back, of course. Ashley, Jill, Jack, Billy... there is so much history there.

Is Dina Mergeron dead, btw (I have a a blank during that period in the 80s)? And sessy Marc Mergeron? Brenda Dickson's Jill despised Dina.

I love anything featuring Jill and Kay. Seriously, I could watch those two read the phone book at this point. Wonder if they would ever consider hiring Thom Bierdz again, playing the brother of the baby that Kay switched. Wonder how Cane would react to his mother and grandmother doting on the man who looked like their beloved Philip? TB was so soulful in the role.

With Ashley and Billy back by the end of the month and Jack's scheme with Gloria (yuck) going into full force by the end of the month, you should see more Abbots....

I am waiting on pins and needles for the return of Ashely and Billy. I can't wait. I want that Victor/Jack fued to hit the boiling poing by November.

And Sharon? WTF is with her lately. All of a sudden she is in Nick's business. Why would Nick even want his old job back? If she knows him so well she would know that Nick wanted to be his own man. And that means not working at Newman.

It looks like someone is finally getting that this Restless Style crap just isn't working. There's a strong hint of Jack going back to Jabot and Nick back at Newman, I hope it all comes to fruition. Restless Style has to be the most pointless thing in Y&R history.

Well it's clear they are cleaning up one Lynn Latham disaster after another so its no surprise this would be on their list.

Well I'm finally back from my trip out of town.... I'm just glad I didn't miss anything important. I'm ready for another great week. The show has been good for the past few weeks.
