I'm made that Cane wasn't ruled out as a father. Even though I enjoy the fact that Lily and Cane are temporarily separated, it only makes the fact that Cane is Jill's son even more stronger. I'll always hope that someday Cane will be revealed to be an impostor. Why does everyone need to be so good and "perfect" lately?

Now, that scenario intrigues me, lol.

I'm mad, though, that the DNA test results rule out Adam as a possibility. They had Adam and Chloe cross paths twice (that I know of), and both times, neither acknowledged the other. I mean, wouldn't it be ironic if they actually did know each other (but, b/c it was just a booty call, so to speak, they didn't exchange telling glances or anything)? Imagine how that would shake up the Adam/Heather romance, among other things?

Oh Adam and Chloe should definitely do SOMETHING in the near future. It's a soap. They'll have time. Well, if they don't make Chloe all crazy.

Yeah, if Billy and Cane did share DNA, that would squash the whole impostor thing. Again, with the way Jill told Cane how he was the only one she trusted on Wednesday, it seemed like the perfect opportunity for the writers to start leaving clues as to Cane's true intentions. I mean, he ACTUALLY could be Phillip; but, he could be out for Chancellor money and power too.

Neil/Olivia had chemistry.

So did Cole/Nina & Raul/Mac.

Should I have put IMO?? ;)

Maybe the writers are leading up to Jil not being Katherine's daugther after all (one can only hope).

Oh jeez..... people on other boards are raising hell for the fact that Sabrina died.... they think it's "The end of Y&R"... they all keep quitting watching the show.... when just a few weeks ago they were bored with her. It's just so stupid.

All respect to Chloe, but aren't the writers using the Winters family a little bit too much? No storyline will ever make that family interesting until a certain person return. They really won't bring in (or back) much viewers if they don't step up with other stuff.

Does anyone really wanna see crappy Lame Lane flashbacks, or Victor saying "hit me" every five seconds? I sure as hell don't. Todays episode was rather boring IMO. Nothing really interesting other then Chloe.

True, lol. But, in JEP's defense, it wasn't as if he had a terrific scene-partner in Shattuck. Frankly, I think the only reason she got that role was because she was married to Ronn Moss (Ridge, B&B) at the time. If anyone here enjoyed her as Ashley, I apologize for offending you, but me? To me, she was so awful, she actually made me miss that Epperson chick who was Eileen Davidson's initial successor in the role.

I really liked Epperson. She and Don Diamont (Brad) had great chemistry.

Any couple who's boring won't have chemistry LOL.

See: Neil/Karen

See: Neil/Carmen

See: Lily/Cane

See: recast Colleen/Adrian

See: diluted JT/ recast Mac- Kimsey

See: Crickett/Paul

See: Raul/Mac

See: Antonia/Jessica (OLTL)

See: Ridge/Taylor (B&B)

See: Nina/Cole

I agree on all of those except Lane and Tridge. (And the OLTL one because I don't watch it.)

Good scenario, Jack. However, in order for that to work, Billy has to be using an assumed name (and I'm not saying he isn't, only that, for me, that's how this has to work). Otherwise, IMO, Chloe will look mighty stupid for not putting together that Billy Abbott shares the same last name as Jill Abbott and the rest of the Abbott family. (Plus, there's the fact that Chloe basically threw him over for Cane, when really, marriage to and family with Billy could provide a jackpot of its own...unless, of course, Chloe's going after Cane strictly b/c she hates Lily...which is possible.)

whos to say she got the guys name.

Great point! They should have reminded us of that in the show!

right?

Lauren was sitting right there too! why couldnt she turn to Kay or someone and be like 'Wow! This brings back memories of Me with Danny and Traci back in the day' or something

Because Lauren didn't exist until she married Michael.

they can recast Lily & they will come. Just put it out there that they plan on recasting Lily & a gave a last date for CkLily. I'll know I'll tune back in watching. I won't watch CKLily last day but will watch the day after.

You all are slowly converting me. For me, the big moment was when Lily gave her key back to Cane.

She was quiet and serious. But there was no emotion, no fire, no anger...it was all quite lackluster. I thought she could emote...but she absolutely cannot channel pain and darkness. It doesn't help that she is now embroiled in the STUPIDEST storyline ("you have to marry Chloe! a child needs two parents!") that Y&R has foisted on us since...well...the Grugeon reliquary :).

Amen. I missed Thursday's (I am sure) pivotal key-returning episode. All I got from Lily yesterday was a pout and a "I don't feel like being cheered up." It was like witnessing a super-mild case of PMS.

I did LOL when Chloe did the whole "Yes. YES, I'll marry you!" thing. It's like she's taking soap opera standard dialogue and turning it on its head, giving the audience a massive wink in the meantime.

I still cannot get into the Newman siblings being so entitled and snobby with Adam. Yes, Adam is scheming and up to no good, but the way they held up their well-connected superiority to him... was that supposed to make me root for them? They can't even pull the rug from under him without amassing a gang-like posse consisting of their mother, stuporific JT and Neil. I'm surprised Phyllis wasn't there to cheer on her heroic "Sir Nicholas of Newman."

I'm probably projecting too much on the hug that Michael gave Kevin, huh. The Ashram scenes were diverting enough, although I don't know how much more I can stomach of Gloria and Gary Ewing bathing each other down with their tongues. Miracle of miracles, though: Colleen is actually making me like Amber.

Oh please! Viewers would turn away in droves if CK was fired.
