I'm glad he told us, as I didn't think he was going but others did, so I was starting to get my hopes up.

I just wish they would see how lousy this story is - evil Jai isn't fun or entertaining. The only way I will tolerate it is if Leyla survives.

I still wonder if Lawrence will kick it. He's certainly all but irrelevant to the canvas. I guess he may be there to get revenge on Robert, but I'd rather he die if that's his only purpose.

Speaking of that icky family, the

preview clip is up. It's ludicrous and random but not as bad as I thought it might be.

I uploaded the March 1998 episodes I had. Unfortunately there are a lot of gaps.

You can find the summaries starting here for the episodes I don't have.

There's also this clip, which someone put up a few years back, and must have been sometime in March, I assume.

Watching yesterdays episode and man Finn was kinda wrong to throw that bomb out like that and destroy his mother's heart. James is an idiot and douchebag and could have let her down gently. I mean what a total asshat. I hate him so much.

That being said Emma in red and just going fierce bitch on Moira was hilarious and just sizzling. Loved the way she delivered those lines..."I'm so sorry for your loss". This actress is a rare gem...please stay as long as possible. Find a new man.

About 4 years ago, Cain had a one-nighter with Amy, a tearaway teenager who was living with Eric and Val. She got pregnant. He paid her to have an abortion, but she pocketed the money. After much self-doubt, she gave the baby up for adoption. In late 2013, she nearly ran off with the boy (Kyle), but she changed her mind at the last minute, returning him to Joanie and leaving town. Cain has never wanted anything to do with him. Kerry is Amy's mother so I imagine she will be involved in the story as well.

Cain and Chas were raised as full siblings, via Faith and Shadrach. Only about 12 years ago did Cain learn that he was Zak's bio son, via an affair with Faith.

Charity and Cain are cousins...the show has never specified how distant.

Considering that Chrissie and her family are Rape Apologists'R'Us, I can't judge any of the men she is with as being inferior to her.

I can't blame Cain for his reaction. He's in all this mess about Charity's baby, then he hears from the grandmother of a child he never wanted, asking him to pay up, which he does...only for her to show up in the village a day later needing more money, reminding him of a past he doesn't like facing, etc. It's not a pretty reaction but it's believable enough to me, especially since he's barely had any time to deal with it. I'd rather see this than more of Saint Cain. He's a lot more interesting this way.

Joanie is Kyle's adoptive grandmother. The parents who adopted him died in 2013. Amy wanted him back and this led to a lot of drama and a kidnapping before Amy left near the end of 2013.

    • Same here.  Anyone who voluntarily left Margo's penthouse set (except to go overseas or to Heaven) was immediately on my blacklist.  lol.

    • The penthouse was my favorite set... and it changed hands from Margo to Draper/April to Miles/Nicole then to just Miles... before he opted to give that beautiful place for that drab house with the even more drab Beth.  That was a jump the shark moment for me LOL
    • The storyline April and Draper are involved in during the summer/autumn of 1979 seems fairly "benign" but soon turns very serious.  April has a VERY intrusive, wealthy mother (Margo Huntington Dorn).  Margo knows that April and Draper (who've recently had a miscarriage and are theoretically never going to be able to conceive another baby) want to buy a house.  Margo hoodwinks them into buying a house they can't afford.  The house is listed at $100,000 (about $400,000 in today's dollars).  Margo pays the first $35,000 and leads Draper to believe the asking price of the house is $65,000 instead of $100,000.  If Draper finds out his meddling mother-in-law paid 1/3 of the cost of the home and tricked him, he'll be mad as hell.   Meanwhile, Draper has received a job offer from a prestigious New York law firm.  Margo pulls some strings and has the senior partner in the firm rescind the offer, to keep April in Monticello.  If Draper finds out about THAT, he'll be even angrier with Margo than he will be about the house trickery.  All of that is "bubbling under the surface" in the fall of 1979 but will be the next major story, as everything begins to spiral out of control.   Yep, you've got the Karrs and their very basic middle-class house, the Victorian-themed place where Miles and Nicole live, April and Draper's old craftsman house with the exposed beams, the Madisons & their Mission revival house, and Margo with her 1970s-chic penthouse.  Each of the sets is completely different.  And their budget was like zero, lol.
    • It felt weird and out of place.  I get. While I agree with those on here that he's gotten better, it's still really bad. I'm not seeing the "good" acting some see...but I'll give him a B for being better than when he first started. There's potential. I'll leave it at that.
    • It's like watching paint dry at a slow-ass pace. It's bad acting. Entirely. Excellent? With Claybon? Never. Ever.

    • Ah! Good to hear. Isn't it especially odd to think that house fictionally exists not far from the Karrs?  Or, that it was designed non-fictionally by the same person who designed April's place?
    • Good to know I'm not the only one who noticed that. Strange and awkward, and I don't know what they're doing with those fades.   -- Finally, had to laugh at how many Emmys this board passed out today.
