June 5, 200817 yr Member I wonder if AMC went up for the Jesse & Angie wedding and aftermath Edited June 5, 200817 yr by Zendall Fan
June 5, 200817 yr Member Hmmm....the ratings for last week should only consist of four-days (if I'm not mistaken), since Monday was a holiday. I hope OLTL rises again.
June 5, 200817 yr Member Hmmm....the ratings for last week should only consist of four-days (if I'm not mistaken), since Monday was a holiday. Only for ABC soaps. I hope OLTL goes up again. And please no more lows for Y&R.
June 5, 200817 yr Member I hope AMC/OLTL goes up! I do too! Those shows are really making an effort to get better and I'd love to see them rewarded. Come on AMC and OLTL!! I was encouraged yesterday when I went to a friend's baby shower. You know how you get that myopic feeling of self-justification by purely unscientific means??? hehe Out of about 30 women, eight watched soaps. The stats were: Seven of those watched All My Children. Five of those picked it up when Jesse and Angie came back and were lapsed viewers. Six of those watched One Life to Live. Only two of them were hanging in there with GH. Five of the soap watchers also watched one or more soaps on another network with DOOL and Y&R being the ones I remember being mentioned the most. One posted on message boards and that was me. It was my own little random sampling to pass the time. Edited June 5, 200817 yr by wiccachick_1
June 5, 200817 yr Member I'm rooting for AMC and B&B to go up. They both deserve it. My fingers and toes are crossed
June 5, 200817 yr Member I hope OLTL rises, it deserves it so much! Off-topic. Congrats To The Red Wings!!!! NHL World Champions once again!!!!
June 5, 200817 yr Member Lots of questions this week: Was AMC, which was so good, get even a small bump for the J/A wedding and Tad/Kathy stuff? Will GH, which sucks to high heaven, continue to slide and post a 1.9 in any of the dailies (it posted a 2.0 once last week)? Will OLTL keep up the momentum, or was its steep drop from Monday throughout the week for the previous week an omen of this week's ratings? Will Y&R hit another record low? Personally, I think the show has dropped as much as it's going to and will probably even out or even rebound to the high 3's, but I think the days of 4.0+ ratings are DEFINITELY over for good. Will ATWT dip below a 2.0? Should all be very interesting to see.
