I saw that too - I wonder where she comes from and how well she knows the show!

GO Ryan! I am totally on his side today. He is making so many good points regarding Kendall and Spike's future. And Zach - he is pissing me off today. I like the guy overall, but his smug ass needs to be taken down a few notches.

Aww, Jack is ready to fight hard for his daughter. That is nice to see.

Opal and Erica = pure gold!

WAIT! Was that an old SOD magazine with a young Tad/Dixie on the cover on Tad/Aiden's office coffeetable? Looked like it...

^^Good! That is something we can look forward to then!

Aww, the Erica/Ian scene

Well, I will say this...The aftermath/ending of this ridiculous storyline has been MUCH better than the buildup. I haven't seen Monday or Tuesday yet - but yesterday and today has been really good IMO. The previews for tomorrow looked good too.

That was the least offensive episode of the week.

I was on Zach's side. An innocent woman, really Ryan? Really? Ryan's poor Greenlee, evil Slater's song and dance was ridiculous. As was Joe's (hey Joe at least Adam and Erica didn't bury a man alive like your son and where was your lecture to Greenlee?), Aidan's (at least he's pu**y whipped) and especially Jack's.

*Gets on my high horse* I liked Greenlee for 15 seconds...For the first time she actually took responsibility for she did - said the words without having to be probed and all; then her following scene took it right away as it became clear she was only "faking" responsibility for the sake of her and Aidan's plot. Greenlee actually meaning what she said in those 15 seconds and believeing she should pay for what she did would do more to an actual redemption with this fan than any of the ridiculous spinning they've done this far. Those 15 seconds when they actually had Greenlee seem to do something that is actually redemptive to what she did - take responsibility, own it - that's how you redeem a character not by white-washing away and spinning the victims as the true villains and the villain as the true victim. *Gets off my high horse*

Erica. IMO, she is the one thing these writers are getting right. The Erica and Ian scenes were great. And sweet, we don't get a lot of sweet, nice moments on this show.

I was all on Ryan's side until Zach pointed out how much of a hypocrite he was. He coems down on Kendall bc she was willing to risk her freedom and place as a parent to Spike by doing something illegal to get to Greenlee when he was willing to risk the same to get to Ritchie. Seriously, he talks about how it isnt healthy or right for Kendall to carry so much hatred towards Greenlee when he's obsessed with causing trouble for Ritchie. He's doing what he is doing to protect his family as he views Ritchie as a threat same way Kendall is doing what she did to protect her family from the threat in Greenlee. That made him foolish for trying to call Kendall out

Erica's hair looks hot! Love the ponytail. So glad to see Opal too bc the other day I was thinking where the heck was she

Is Rachel going to be the Leticia of AMC? I see they got a new actress. I wonder how many will step into the role by the time the character ends her run

thats why I was completely on Ryan's side......UNTIL Zach reminded me what a friggin hypocrite he was being less than 24 hours ago with Ritchie. What Ryan did was way worse than Kendall. Kendall faked a kidnapping. Ryan DID commit a kidnapping and medical assault to boot. If both were to go to jail, Ryan would face more time and would leave Spike without one of his parents for much longer. Kendall in her state could be cleared for temporary insanity and I could see post partum depression considering the hell she's been threw following giving birth. Whats Ryan's excuse? Oh yeah, he doesnt have one other than he's an azzhole

lol..he was so quick to defend innocent Greenlee when he's already played judge, jury and executioner for Ritchie who hasnt done ANYTHING to him or Annie. He accuses Ritchie of being this evil sadistic SOB who's out to destroy his family when Ritchie has yet to make a move. As far as anyone is concerned, Ritchie is innocent, yet Ryan condemns him

Housesitter Ryan

Here he comes to ride in on his white horse to come pontificate about how bad it is for Kendall and Zach to be upping the ante in the Greenlee revenge saga! Yep it looks like Ryan can just be a housesitter and stay at the house to make sure those evil two do not do anything to the Green Butterfly because she is just so innocent. Even though I am starting to like Greenlee, even I have to say when she is in the wrong and with Spike she definitely is but so is Kendall so what can you do? So we get Ryan today, ferrets flying left and right, preaching about how going after Greens is bad and blah blah blah. Well funny that he comes down on Kendall for her revenge ploy when it was HIS turn at the revenge plot against Ritchie by hanging him with a noose along with Fish n Chips who unfortunately had to be dragged along in St. Ryan's little adventure. Good lord someone needs to get a dart board or some poison dart to shoot into Ryan's head (not the one he thinks with that is!) and then knock him unconscious and do some crazy things to him like put his shoe on his face or give him a urine sample to wake up to and then who knows what he will do with it but knowing Ryan he will think it is lemonade and well you know the rest. The pontificating ahole is at it again with swearing that he knows it all and that everyone else is just in the wrong wrong wrong. Where have I heard this from again? Oh yeah-pretty much every single day Ryan is on! He keeps pointing out where others are wrong and yet he does not figure out that he has his own faults too! Sheesh more Ryan pimping if I have ever seen it and we do not need him playing HIGH H0 hero because he stinks at it and is as useless as tits on an umbrella!

    • Lol, I enjoy classical music and I really think Gio is a talented musician.  I just don't know if it's the soundstage they are filming it on or what, but it sounds so screechy on TV.  I don't recall all his performances sounding like that. Rocco-"this was all my fault not Gio's or even Danny's.  No one made me drink.  I am being accountable". Dante-"Nope still 100% GIO's FAULT!!!" Just shut it Dante! Alexis and Lucky deserve more than having to protect Kristina's crazy butt. I like Cody and Lulu teaming up.  Finally someone is agreeing with Lulu.
    • After watching the performances tonight I can't understand why Finland and Malta are seen as some of the favourites. Finland's song is not one of the best this year and I maintain that Miriana Conte who represents Malta is a poor singer. My guess is that it's because of the controversial nature of both these songs. I'm not all that impressed with Austria either. But France on the other hand emerged as a big contender tonight. A beautiful song, a wonderful singer and fantastic staging. Greece also had a spectacular stage show which definitely enhanced their chances. I guess it's part nostalgia factor but I really want Luxembourg to go through to the final as well. I love the homage to France Gall and Laura Thorn sold the song very well. Much better than in the clip from the national final.
    • The older Ted was more unlikeable. The character came across warmer and mo sympathetic today whereas the older one portrayed him with a dark side. Thats why I said his scenes with Leslie will tell alot bc thats where he comes across the most like a villain and had me feeling bad for her at times
    • I completely agree @Soaplovers with your excellent comment.  And the bold, confident Stephanie we saw in her previous incarnations would be a much better match for Alex than the one trying to play house too soon. Let’s not forget: Alex came on the scene as a walking red flag with a gym membership—dodging commitment in love and work. And now he’s out here giving career advice? From a man whose last job was playing a soap star no one in Salem has even heard of? Sir. What I’d love is for Stephanie to be a genuine challenge for him—not someone who bends to his charm, but someone who knows she’s the prize. She’s a free agent in Salem: no ex-husband drama, no kid in tow, no awkward family entanglements. Let her be more like Kayla now—centered, respected, and not here for games—than Kayla was when she was falling off motorcycles with Steve. The next great Salem love story shouldn't be about chemistry alone. It should be earned—like Patch and Kayla, Shane and Kim, or even Bo and Hope on their best days. Give us slow burn, mutual respect, and a Stephanie who makes him level up.
    • It's looking like I may be in the minority, but nuTed is a major improvement to me. I agree, it will take a few days to get used to the higher pitched voice and smaller stature, but his acting is so much better. I can feel the emotions in his voice and face and it just feels more real and natural.  Kat was great today too, giving us the tears and her softer side. Loved Leslie/Bill - we need more of this!  Did y'all notice Leslie's snake necklace?? So creepy, but fitting for her haha. Tomorrow should be an updated intro with Keith, unless they repeat the second one for days until they get it updated.

    • It was all about Gio today, boys

He was really sweet and dorky though, and I enjoyed the violin lol. And he looked good too  I'm speculating that the big reveal will happen at Gio's birthday party. It's definitely time. But yeah, he really should've gotten advice and encouragement from someone, from anyone other than Sonny though. And while I understand where Dante is coming from, he was a little annoying today again. They really needed to establish this tension and anger a lot sooner than now, or not do it at all. Plus, this had already been done with Mac/Cody, Nina/Willow, etc., and honestly, it doesn't seem necessary here.  As for Lucky and Liz, as much as I like angsty couples, I'm still concerned about what Frank may (or may try to) do with them. The biggest reason why Lucky is like a 'cowboy' is because this friggin guy spent the better part of a decade basically erasing him from existence.
    • True, lol. IIRC, Rita Moreno said in an interview that part of the problem was that Susan Harris was ill during the week they taped that episode and therefore was unable to make needed script changes.  I wonder what might have happened had they been able to delay the taping until she felt well enough to work more on the script.  I feel like "Nest" might've sold with Moreno and Paul Dooley (although the patient with DID would've needed to be eighty-sixed regardless, lol).
    • What is the most recent episode in which Maurice Johnson's Ted wore a turtleneck?
