I wasn't able to watch the episode entirely, but from the parts I did see they looked amazing. Ugh I wish I hadn't been busy.

Langston and Dorian's confrontation part deux looked great. the actress who plays Langston is doing a good job. What an ending too between Marcie and Michael.

I have been soo impressed with OLTL this week, it's been awesome.

Tuesday's epi was the first that I have been impressed by for a while now. Kathy Brier was amazing yet again. I liked the Langston/Dorian scenes too.

I LOVED what Bo said to Todd in today's epi. It's about time that someone told Todd to stop thinking about his selfish wants and to start thinking about how other people are feeling. He is just despicable.

Did anyone notice when Marcie was talking to Tommy in the rear view mirror and telling him that everything was going to be OK and not to worry? Well, that kid gave her the most awesome WTF look! That kid is adorable!

The show has been awesome this week. Loving all the fall out from the custody suit and the Langston story. Wednesday in particular.

I liked the Starr / Jack interaction. Cute family scenes at La Boule.

Langston is heart breaking.

Todd is right on yesterday. The LPD would be all over him if he had taken Tommy.

The only negative about this week was the musical stuff. It was so out of place this week.

Yeah I know, that's a little surprising nobody picked up on it for so long, and especially the people Langston's family worked for.

Aw god I want Marcie to keep the baby so badly! I know Tommy is really Todd's, but this is just heartbreaking!

Langston/Dorian are great too.

Musical? No there wasn't a musical yesterday. I think they meant Timbaland's performance.

OLTL hit it outta the park today. What a good eppy!

The scenes at Asa's were all about family and love. We have not been treated to these kind of scenes for so long that they almost feel alien to OLTL.

I am more and more intrigued with Jared. Just what is he up to? Who is he?

The Cramers and Langston scedes were touching and sweet. All of those characters under one roof will be fun!

Finally, the Tommy stuff cntinues to tear at me - yes, Todd is entitled to the kid, but Marcie deserves him!

OLTL is just so good lately, and I have a feeling it's gonna get even better!

Another stellar day in the Tommy/Marcie story

Marcie is breaking my heart, she is so deserving of this child but biology won out

I felt so badly for her when she said she loved Mike but couldn't have both Tommy and Mike and if she went home to Mike she would have to give Tommy up. What a choice to make.

I actually think she was headed back to him until Todd started screaming at her and threatening her

Bo was so great , he knows if this were todd it would be different because he knows Todd and his violent and crazy history and knows how gentle Marcie is and how much she loves Tommy

Langston had me in tears again, Blair and Starr were so great with her.

This has been such an heartbreaking week for Marcie and Langston... and I have been enjoying (though I can still do without the obvious "Langston becomes a Cramer" part that will happen) all the emotions they have been bringing to their characters. Marcie had me tearing up when she mentioned that she couldn't have both Michael and Tommy. As for Todd, don't care... he made yet another bonehead move, after he pretty much came down hard on Marcie every chance he got. Definitely the best two stories on the show.

It was nice to see Nora yesterday... and not be all up in someone's face the whole time about Lindsay possibly faking her insanity. She's beginning to remind me of Todd

    • The link doesn't work.  The actual link is this: https://www.msn.com/en-us/news/us/composer-leonard-bernstein-s-children-request-his-music-be-played-in-the-kennedy-center-in-rebuke-to-trump/ar-AA1E7gw5 That's a reprint of a FoxNews article. MSN reprints stuff from many sources. You can tell the source from the logo above the headline on the msn page. The FoxNews article is describing what Leonard Bernstein's children wrote -- as a "letter to the editor" of the New York Times. Instead of reading it filtered through FoxNews, here is the original: "Our Dad, Leonard Bernstein, Would Want His Music Played at the Kennedy Center" https://www.nytimes.com/2025/05/02/opinion/kennedy-center-leonard-bernstein-protest.html Non-paywall archivedcopy of the same NYTimes letter, without commentary: https://archive.is/QaLqD
    • Might be a long shot, because I can't find a thing online about it, but I was Googling the actress that played Nell Cleary (Frank's cop friend that went through academy and then became cops together during the entire Brent Lawrence storyline). To my surprise, she passed away in 2011, at the very young age of 45. I can't find her obituary or anything online about her passing, but I'm curious, does anyone know what happened? Her IMDB only shows a few other acting gigs post-Guiding Light, so she didn't make a career out of it, but I thought she was a great actress in her role as Cleary. Her name was Mary Peterson.
    • What was Ruth Martin's association to the Thornton family?  I only remember the daughter that dated Tad, and she had a buxom mother.  But, did Ruth date David Thorton before Joe?

Why didn't Steve respect Monica and Jeff's decision?  I get he's Jeff's father, and that's how it came out, but I don't like the ethics of the story. A stranger gets to make life or death decisions over a wife's demands?   I hope Monica secretly never forgave Steve's chauvinism.
    • Question: Jon-Michael Reed's review of 1977 is up in the retro soap section.  It includes a fleeting reference to comedic scenes between Jeanne Cooper and Julianna McCarthy regarding “Kay's would-be beau, Ralph the Plumber”.  Could someone please fill me in will more details? I forgot that Kay and Liz were friendly before Jill stole Kay's husband.  And the thought of Liz playing a comedic scene blows my mind, because I only recall her being dour both in demeanor and wardrobe.
    • I said this on Twitter on Friday when Leslie mentioned Chicago, so perhaps she might be related to one of Anita's bandmates. In addition, Leslie did say she grew up listening to The Articulettes too.
    • There was a scene in the past week or two with Leslie looking at some papers and mementos, which included an invitation or souvenir from Alan's memorial service or funeral -- it was dated as November 2024. Me just guessing but it seems to me that Martin's nightmares about the accident are from something longer ago than November.
    • ah thanks! do you know who the third one was in the blonde? the fifth one i know ive seen before in the brown wig but i forgot, and then ive never seen the psychic one before lol
    • I felt for Ted early on but as the story unfolded it has changed my opinion on him. To know he was cheating while his wife was struggling to give him a baby is a lot to deal with. Plus, this happened ages ago and still he's paying Leslie off and threatening her to leave town.  What really caused me to lose him in this episode was how even though he was busted, he still refused to take responsibility and come clean and the way he talked to Martin and Eva was terrible. To tell Smitty he better get Martin away from him when that is his SON who he used to cover up his affair? That is true dog behavior. Ted seems upset he got caught but I'm not seeing the remorse I would need to want Nicole to forgive him. I'm curious how I'll feel after Ted gets to talk to Nicole but I need him to fix it with the rest of the family as well.
    • I'm sorry. I well remember Jake doing Doris but I have no independent memory of the story around it.  Krystle with a K Lake, sure, both Tony the Tuna stories & NOT.  And, Jake also impersonated a woman named Bunny Eberhardt but he didn't know she was a woman so there was no drag. This weekend I re-watched Kevin & Mac, GH, and my strong impression is exactly what it was when I watched it in real time: They did not let them look very pretty. Of course, I think the best ever drag on GH was Alexis posing as the Q butler.  In a different use of drag at AW one Halloween, Jensen Buchanan went as Charlie Chaplin & Judi Evans went as, I think, a male gypsy.
