I know that Federer will more tham likely will stay at Crown.
Members Soapsuds
I'm a new fan of Thomas Berdych. I've seen the draw and some of the first round matches look great.....like Hewitt vs Nalbandian....wow....
Members quartermainefan
None of these guys! Rafael Nadal is the king of tennis. These wannabes and has beens are just there to serve his career and provide victims that he can crush.

Members cct
Nadal/Federer, blah, blah, where's the new crowd? (although I'm probably going with Nadal) what do you guys think of del potro's chances? fluke? Edited January 15, 2011 by cct
Members quartermainefan
There just isn't a new crowd. Tennis seems to always be about the top rivalry with everyone else that we have to pretend is a factor. Evert/Navratilova was the greatest sports rivalry probably ever and it lasted something like 15 years. If someone else made it into a final it was a fluke. This will be a critical time for Federer because if he fails to reach the final again he risks being ranked 3rd again. I imagine the last thing he wants is to start facing Nadal in semis. Members Soapsuds
He played a warm up tournment this week and won his first round but lost in the second round. I don't think he has a chance of winning the Australian Open. It is too soon after his long year leave from tennis. I don't think his US Open was fluke. He truly deserved to win. Administrator Toups Posted January 16, 2011 Author Administrator Share Posted January 16, 2011 My least favorite Grandslam mainly because I never get the chance to watch it. If there's no Federer vs Nadal, I probably won't even try to watch the final . There's just no new crop of up and coming players that's worth watching.
Members Soapsuds
I can't wait!! The tournament starts tomorrow afternoon. The Australian Open is easier for me to watch because it is at night since Australia is a day ahead.
