I think there's always someone that just likes to cause misery no matter what you do... I figure if they're miserable, they will do whatever to try to make other miserable just to feel good about themselves.

I don't think I need a disclaimer saying I am a John/Marlena shipper lol and loved the docks scene.
I also really loved Wayne Northrop. I know the Tale of Two Romans leads to the affair and that is one of my favorite stories. I do wonder if the show ever should have brought Wayne back. The show would have been a very different place in the 90's, but long term Roman's character became completely secondary. I would have at least made John Roman again after Wayne left. It wouldn't have really changed that much from a storytelling point of view. John basically replaced Roman anyhow. It would really only affect who the children could marry and the yearly retcons of who John really was.

Falcon Crest

Falcon Crest was the only one of the big 4 that never did a reunion movie. Had they been able to do one, what do you all think an appropriate plot would have been?
Had one been done 92/93, I could have seen a holiday themed reunion movie in which Angela not only invites her absent family members ie Julia, Emma, Cole, and Vickie (with Jamie Rose returning) for the holiday, but then conspire with Lance to have them all stay permanently. And maaayyybe reunite with Peter. Idk that’s all I could think of.

Dani's and Andre's little dreamworld sequence would feel so much more effective if weren't just filler. Make it actually mean something. Tie it to some plot to Dani's modeling days or better yet, Andre's jetsetting playboy life. Andre doesn't like to be photographed. Add that in. Andre's former life holds dozens of plot line possibilities. Use it. But a silly skit relating to nothing is............nothing.

I truly can't imagine SJB having a bunch of conversations in her kitchen next to her moss. I can't imagine her as Joss's mom. I can't imagine her playing the long game with Brennan or hooking up with Valentin. I can't imagine her running Kelly's. So basically I agree lol. I don't see her working well now with what Carly has become.
I could see TB stepping back into the role. She is my favorite Carly, so I might be biased. It's a shame she came back to play that dud of a character Kim.
At this point LW works with what she gets just fine. There's no need for a change. I wouldn't be against seeing what SJB could do with the role currently though.

Yes, that moment on the docks still holds impact and was staged really beautifully!
@alwaysAMC I didn’t start AMC u til Dimitri and Erica were already married, in the early part of the story with Kendall. I would have eaten that gothic storyline up as a teenager had I seen it!
