My supervisor seriously needs a vacation. I'm tired of her attitude. When you ask someone something, and they're explaining, you don't cut them off mid-sentence and dismiss what they have to say. That is so FREAKIN' RUDE!!!

I don't like doing half-assed work. I like all of my work to be complete before it's presented. She wants a halfway completed project to be placed out for people to view, then we can "update it as needed."

That is so FREAKIN unprofessional. But it doesn't reflect poorly on her, it reflects poorly on me. Because it's MY work that's being looked at.

Damn her....damn her to hell....

I am having issues.....

While on the phone with NaVell and Jen last night, I found out that McAfee made an authorized charge to my credit card. Then this morning, I could out that they made another one, with the total coming to $250. That is ridiculous!!! Not only have I not used their program in well over a year, but I never signed up for the "automatic renewal" program. I didn't appreciate it one bit.

However I spoke to a really nice girl today who straightened everything out for me so that I could get my refund.....however McAfee is still the devil.

On top of that, my supervisor is being a big PITA today. We ended up having it out briefly before a meeting. I have set an appointment w/ my union rep to discuss the bullshit that has been going on up here. I'm tired of it.

Necesito una vacaciones malditas.

Today is just another lovely day. The project still hasn't started, the deadline is approaching for it, there's nothing to do yet we get yelled at by HR if we're not doing anything....

Thank god the restaurant in the building has fresh sushi today. Atleast SOMETHING is going right. <_<

Ryan, you aren't the only one that feels that a vacation is very necessary.

Today, our computer system went down for three hours, which meant we had to write down each and every phone call and then log them in once the system came back up... then of course there was some person that called to report to me that the store that is running a promotion tried to shift the blame directly on the newspaper...and found out that the representatives that were taking the phone calls in our office was placing the blame on the stores....Not too cool when you have someone huffing and puffing on the phone (at the time that the computers are shut down) demanding some 'satisfaction'

I am glad that I will not be working any of the Tuesdays and Wednesdays that I was working at one time....

Ahh, yet another start of yet another day.

Just got into work. I stumbled in half asleep and shut the door to my office as fast as possible.

I dunno why but this week commuting has left me fatigued.

Thank god tomorrow is Friday. Half day of work, Halloween opening at the movies, grand reopening of a local club and Fire Island for the remainder of my lovely three day weekend.

I'm excited, so naturally, the time shall drag like molasses.

    • Above, I said "Vanessa needs to go to therapy to find ways to remain healthfully lusty and sex-positive, but to stay away from anyone who would demean her." Now adding onto that thought, I would clarify that sometimes I think Vanessa fools around for fun in a positive way.    But other times I sense that she's actually unconsciously trying to demean herself as way of numbing some inner pain -- it's hard to explain what I mean.  Sort of like... sometimes people drink for fun. But other times, people drink  in a self-destructive way, in order to drown out some inner pain. So I think she needs therapy about all of that.
    • A lot of these episodes are available on YT. The rape storyline starts around February or March of 1979 and Roger's demise is sometime in March 1980. The stuff from before 1979 is close to non exisitent, unfortunately.
    • Maeve Kinkead was on from 1980-1988 (left in January); 1989-2000 (went recurring 1996-97); 2002 -For Josh /Reva's Wedding; 2005 (appearances in May and December) back regularly from Feb 2006-end Maureen Garrett was on from 1976-80; 1988-2006 (recurring from 2003 on); 2009 Michael Zaslow was on/off from 1971-1980 with breaks in between but usually made an appearance every year then again 1989-1997. There is a youtube commercial  Guiding Light in 1968

    • Holly's final big story was the Sebastian mess in late 2004.   Vanessa and Matt were promoted to regulars near the end and were heavily recurring prior to that starting around 2007/2008.
    • Keith has a softer presence, but it would have helped to see him be more aggressive or proactive in protecting them instead of standing around like a mannequin. A man the audience should be hoping and wishing gets back together with his wife. Nicole needs a new husband!
    • She needs to learn to be honest with her husband about her lusty interests because being sex positive only works if you're not cheating on your spouse.

    • Very disappointed in the writers in the way they are screwing with Nicole, Ted,  and Kat to make Leslie remain viable. So many holes everywhere.
    • Somebody brought this up elsewhere which emphasizes why this NuTed appears as such a weakling. Why is Kat doing what HE should be doing? And that's everything he can to rid him and his family of this crazy woman. Kat is doing all kinds of things she shouldn't do but now I understand her more. She can't count on her father to eliminate this woman because he's a wimp. He's been too busy inviting her into his home and serving her drinks and offering her invitations to birthday parties. WIMP!!!!
