Did you ever see Sarah Brown's AMAZING portrayal? She could do psycho, comedy, and emotional nutcase in one shot. You really should check out the youtube clips with Sarah's Carly.

I LIVE for those YouTube clips! She's phenomenal. Laura Wright can NOT do the groundwork Sarah laid any justice. She just doesn't get it.

IMHO, Carly's soulmate is Jason, which is a pairing we will never see.

Jason is definitely Sarah Brown's Carly's soulmate. She's the reason it made sense for Carly to be with Jason.

Carly is no more of a slut than Sam is

I hope you weren't saying that in Carly's defense. :unsure: As a matter of fact, I think that knocked her down a couple notches.

I agree with Psychofan. I absolutely love Carly. I liked Sonny better with Brenda but I love him with Carly too.

I loved Sarah Brown as Carly but of the Carly recasts Laura Wright is the best for me. She made me love Carly again. I hated her under Bransford and even a little under Braun.

I love the one when she is talking to Jason and Lucky comes over and tries to pick a fight and she says "School the boy," and just turns her head. SJB was the truth.

Laura Wright is just phenom. Sorry. I loved Sarah Joy too, but Wright is awesome. One of the few things worth watching on GH. Like...ever.

Oh, good lord! Imagine the theatrics if Laura Wright's Carly ever did have a heart attack? :blink: It would probably resemble an exorcism!

IMO, Laura is doing a great job as Carly. She is my 2nd favorite Carly after Tamara Braun. JMHO.

I love LW's Carly. She's the only Carly I've loved since Sarah's portrayal and I think LW's Carly meshes better with Jax, plus I think Laura and Ingo have much better chemistry.

I think Tamara Braun's Carly worked best with Jax. I hated that the writers put her back with Sonny bc I was really looking forward to that Skye/Jax/Carly triangle. Those 3 were hot back in 2001-2002
