Whatever number we're on, IMO, the greatest thing ever at SON is......

KING REILLY'S DAYS!

The whole reason I joined SON. The way I found it, too. If it were not for King and his stories, I would not be here today.

one of the things I love most about SON...

psychofan...

No matter what show, no matter what timeslot, no matter what psycho, he/she is in full support of female psychos on soaps. I have often wondered if psychofan just leads a normal life like everyone else, but has a fetish for soap psychos? Or maybe psychofan secretly wants to be one of them?! I know I have my moments when I would love to just pull a Blythe Hunter. She's my hero.

So, hats off to psychofan for doing what he does best: supporting female sociopaths from the soaps.

Again, I have my doubts FV has any devotion to Britt at this point given KT's many BTS antics. I think his only real interest there is in her extended family - Ryan Paevey's chest, Kathleen Gati, etc.
Britt was a means to a strategic end, namely finding a reasonably popular love option for Jason. Unfortunately they cocked it up, and I don't see FV going hard in the paint for her for years as he has Eden McCoy.

RIP: In Memoriam Thread

A legend. He's known best for the wonderful Harold and Maude, but Brewster McCloud, one of Robert Altman's strangest and angriest films, really haunts me. The scenes with him and the late Sally Kellerman are spellbinding.
He also took a real risk doing Roger Avary's adaptation of the Bret Easton Ellis book The Rules of Attraction. The film is an oddball, both ill-considered on many levels and still daring and mesmerizing in places, but he is great as the younger brother of American Psycho's Patrick Bateman.

So many stalwarts of P&G soaps seemed to just vanish in this period.
