Mary Ryan Munisteri? That's a completely different person.

Mary Ryan has been an associate director for OLTL for years.

Yesterday I heard that Marla Kanelos took a leave from AMC, she just adopted a baby. So the show is only working with four script writers for the time being meaning Courtney won't be going anywhere, at least until she's back.

Is that the same Mary Ryan who is a writer?

I've been wondering that for a couple of years now.

There's (1) Mary Ryan who wrote for GH in the 90's (2) Mary Ryan Munisteri and (3) Mary Ryan the associate director at OLTL.

I'm going to guess that 1 and 3 are the same person.

I know that Mary Ryan Munisteri the writer got a divorce or changed her name and became Mary Ryan on some of her later writing stints. I don't anything about this director.

Wasn't Staneart a writer's assistant before he became a script writer?

I remember in the Conboy days when they used to list the script writer his scripts were usually good. He would be a good pick up for a soap that needs help.

So this is what Barbara does while she should be doing her real job of making sure her head writers know how to write the soaps, no wonder CBS Daytime is in the can right now.

I did not even see the Associate head writer thing, like you said WTF?? Has Barbara been demoted??
