Both Marlena and Sami said what needed to be said on both sides. Period.

The discussion on other boards is so different from here but I guess seeing characters finally acting how they should would surprise people :lol: .

Boy, are the reactions different from here and *coughMediaDomaincough*. Most of the posters are upset that Marlena told Sami off. They wanted her to coddle her daughter and gloss over all the crap she's pulled for the past thirteen years. Many of them also think it's not really Marlena, but Hattie. I don't think they can accept that Marlena has finally found her backbone again.

Well, most Sami fans like to pretend she didn't rape, kidnap or do anything bad, so I'm not surprised.

I'm skippydippy happy about Marlena's backbone returning!

Back in NY she was on the Mickey Rooney sitcom One of the Boys-1982

same. It's easy to keep track of things. I don't know if this has anything to do with it but sites like Primetimer also has lively discussion threads regarding soaps which could be taking away the traffic.
The addition of reaction emojis is also great rather than having to quote someone to say "I agree".

I think Budig did great, but Hendrickson definitely would have been a more natural predecessor to Bethany Joy Lenz. But on the flip, Lenz's take on Michelle probably wouldn't have been that much of a reset as it was from Budig.

-- Brooke is so dumb she thinks Katie's agreement not to steal any more Forresters for Logan is some big victory. I mean, just how big is that pool of employees? 😂
-- Ridge showed what a POS he is when he told Brooke she ha every right to slap Katie.
-- It's a shame that the sun is out and shining brightly everywhere except from the window in $Bill's office. They really need to ditch that fog background.
-- Everyone is at work at Logan and Forrester except for the young people who go in late and instead hit up Bikini or take a dip in the ocean.
-- Laugh of the episode was hearing Electra tell Will how smart he is. That was followed by Will showing up in sunglasses on his first day of work -- looking like aa frat boy doofus.

I'm hoping at some point the money runs out for Leslie. It's ridiculous that she can fund clinics, spots centers and build her own mansion. We're talking multiple millions here.
It would be in character that she blows it all and it would be a comeuppance that many viewers want, seeing that it seems she isn't going to be punished for her crimes any time soon.
And it would be good to see her scheming, trying to get back to where she was, rather than smugly moving around town, throwing money about.

Ridge: 'Spencer poached Will'- On the surface it looks like Brad is trolling us with the Forrester narrative against Katie. I suspect it was written as a joke, but TK missed the mark on it - like by a lot.
Will punches cousin off-site, gets fired by Aunt Brooke because of workplace violence. A few days later, Aunt Brooke smacks his mother, a former-longtime FC employee, in the iconic FC Stapler box. Fabulous!

As a preschool kid my Mom LOVED Edge of Night..that and ATWT was her fave, so I remember Martha Marceau and the voice being so..comforting...( I remember a storyline, where somone was trying to drive Martha crazy, making her think that her house was haunted(maybe?) and they poured blood in her closet to freak her out...and I was hooked as a kid and I wouldnt open a closet by myself for years. Anyway, as we mentioned, TK would have been a great Meta, and she could have taken over the boardhing house from Bea like Lainie did..hell, they should have brought her back when they brought Meta...I love MS, but the show needed a strong warm figure..and I never got warmth from MS.
