A decent episode.

Lots of Sami & EJ stupidness. Unlike yesterday, it nicely counteracted the drama at the hospital.

Good stuff at the hospital. Loved Bo & Hope with Shawn. Did anyone else think it was overdone how everytime they zoomed in on Claire's folder they played the same foreboding music?

Lately, I've really been itching to jump Brandt's bones. Dunno what it is.

Sami and EJ were hysterical. From the police officer, to the car breaking down, and her finally asking him what EJ stands for and him saying none of your business, to the burn it was all well done.

Allison Sweeny was so funny today and James was great too.

As a Shelle fan, I'm over the moon happy about that sweet scene we got today. Loved the Bo/Hope/Shawn stuff too.

And I have to admit I'm really becoming a fan of not only Julie Pinson but Billie.

IMO, having less characters in an episode, as its been all week, doesn't work well for this show.

I don't like slapstick at all and to me the last two days of Sami were pure slapstick. Totally loathed those scenes and the implication of making the fans see her emote with EJ. So stupid. If this lasts, I'll not be liking what Sheffer is doing with Sami at all.

The scenes at the hospital were worth the whole hour, though....especially watching Bo and Hope looking at each other. Even though I'm not a Shawn (JC) fan, I do think he is worthy of looking at and he was beautiful today as well as being his most sensible self. The file folder was way over done and I do hate that he forgot Chelsea's words. Maybe they will come back to him. I thought the scene between Shawn and Belle at the end was sweet, too.

Hoping for a better show tomorrow as far as the wedding goes but from what I've heard, no such thing. Is this supposed to be funny? It too ridiculous for words.

OK, I just checked out the spoilers, but there's nothing really that I care for.

We all have to know that Eve may get killed because I can't see her becoming a regular character.

Today's show was ok. I liked yesterday alot better.

I guess I am in the minority but I thought the hospital stuff was boring and that Sami/EJ was the highlight. I will admit it is a bit too much but I like the lightheartedness and the fact that Days is just giving fans something for fun. It is a nice ode to the bad karma Sami always gets on her wedding day. It reminds me alot of Hope's wedding in Christmas 2000 when everything that could go wrong did on her way to the church. It is just there to entertain and I agree with Keith that it counteracted the hospital stuff nicely. I liked yesterday's wedding stuff better but I liked today too.

Other then the good stuff with Bo, Hope, and Shawn and the ending the hospital stuff was boring. Nothing new happened with Mimi, Pinson and Melvin were good but nothing new there, and I am enjoying Brandt but other then that meh. I liked the Bo/Hope scene where they talked about going to the wedding-that was cute and the ending with Belle was a good one except for the SFX.

I think Days will be fine in the ratings for this week. The Shelle promo for this week is enough to either keep them stabile or to improve. The ratings stayed stabile last month when the Shelle stuff was front burner and the quality of the episodes this week has been great so that should be enough to keep things positive. I could be wrong but I think Days will be fine and will hold on until next week when things get really good. These last two days have been ok but far better then that we were getting. It will get better-the show has been on a real high of late so I am ok with it.

Today was so boring, the only good things were once again Rachel Melvin and the end with Belle looking inside the folder she found.

The Sami/EJ are just ridiculous. The road they were at must have been dead, not one other car drove by during that whole unfunny fiasco.

Where is Patch, Kayla, Marlena, John? They need more airtime!

It could happen. Since everyone had to give Shawn the lecture about drinking and his past bouts of hitting the bottle while with Jan.

They could have him enter Rehab and return with the NuShawn. Jason's last airdate is September 21.

I don't think today was that bad. Sami and EJ were cute. I prefer Sami when she's having a good time---and not at anyone else's expense. James was really screwable today.

The close-ups on the folder were a bit much, but I'm glad that Belle and Shawn and Mimi and Phil are finding out about Claire this week. If JER were still here, we'd have a whole damn week of people not seeing the folder or picking it up and not reading it.

We're still in transition, so I don't expect a whole lot right now, but what we have is loads better than what JER was doing before he got the shaft.
