Just joining in. I always thought Ben McKinnon was a major loss. At the time we fans online thought that it was a choice. We could have Jake or we could have Ben, but not both. I always thought that was incredibly stupid. Of course, I also have NO IDEA if there was any truth to it as a reason.

Oh, crap. I bet you're right. Let me see. What it is, is the part of the Hilton interview where he said she had lived openly gay for some time & then she agrees. I'll try to find it another way. One thing I will say as far as people referring to Jac, Jackie, etc. to me that is harmless & it goes on all the time, all over the place & personally I think some people make much too much of it. JGL and her twitter name are probably used 10 times more often. If someone did a tally I bet @TinyWonderLopez would win hands down. Here we have to agree to disagree.

Me, I'm not blaming Kate. Although I will say it makes her look stupid. But, just as we have no business being surprised at the show screwing up, it's not as if we've never seen an actor say something where they seemed less than sharp.

She posted that Kristina is a bisexual woman & if people didn't know that, it is on them. Now she makes this post within 24 hours of JGL being fired & she has made no statement about that. Talk about bad optics, this is the wrost. In the Hilton interview he said You've been openly gay for some time now And, she replied YES. This is a cluster**ck.

Not a problem, not at all. With Violet, I look & say: I get it. They wanted to create a precocious child that was also lovable, like Young Robin and then Young Emma & OH MY GOD, could they have possibly screwed that up any more than they actually did. And, then like CarolineG mentioned, they have her SING!!! With Rachel I look at her & think, Kristen & Brady created THIS & she deserves every ounce of her evil self. The Bad Seed? Could be. But remember, that is a classic.

Now, see, here I have a very different view. I cannot abide Vile-Ette from GH. Also not at all keen on Charlotte. But, Rachel, on DAYS, I adore. She's like the model for kids that misbehave - and are entitled to!

Interesting. I've read quite a bit about her & I have never once gotten anything remotely like that impression. Right now on GH I find her to be regularly one of the things that makes the show watchable! I thank Soap Jesus for her needing insurance & coming back from retirement for it. There are so many wonderful stories about her & the gang & Gloria Monty & those good ole bad days.

WOW. I just think so much of her as an actress, also a lover, a wife & a mother. I feel for them so that she had dementia for the last 5 years. But that about AW is a treat.

I don't know if you know or not, Mona, but P&G at one point did a swap. The Dobsons had been writing GL & Marland had been writing ATWT, the first earlier time. So, P&G wasn't happy with ATWT. They asked the Dobsons to swap with Douglas. They did not want to but agreed. At that point Douglas indicated he had no vacation, so the Dobsons wrote both shows for a month. While Marland was writing GL he hit upon the idea for the 3 Carries storyline. As the lore goes, he was not pleased with the ratings at that point & he fired Jane. This would have been midway in the personalities being introduced. Marland said to be furious indicated he was quitting as soon as he could do so. (Marland quit 3 different shows in this same basic way - GH, GL & LOVING.) However, I have read one article which suggests that in fact Jane's contract year had come up & it was just Allen Potter dotting the i's & crossing the t's.

An odd thing happened! I enjoyed the show. How the heck did that happen?!! It's Amnesia Abby. Loved Kayla, Chad for sure. Jack even okay.

I was thinking about this & I don't know why it's true but I recognize THAT IT IS. Some actors, characters, couples, even shows are popular one place but not another. Examples Facebook, not my part but a part, has about 5 very large Millow Family groups. Here we have some bonafide Gina Tognoni nuts. (I am one of them.) Here we have at least one certifiable Vanessa Marcil fan. (She knows who she is.) Kraze was not popular here but was other places. On Twi/X i have a Kraze Fans List. You just post you want on. Then you pin it & get a column of your timeline devoted to Kraze fans posts. Many people never volunteer for anything. The list is 48 members & 38 followers. From the show are Frank, Mansi, Lopez, Denice Van Cleave & Glass the music guy for GH. Already, there, people are posting to use the new hashtag #BringBackBlaze
