You are right. I had not considered how traumatizing this must have been for Maggie. Glenn really is such a good guy. I quite adore him. The approach to Hershel is what separates Rick from Shane. Rick was trying slowly bring Hershel to reality about the zombies so that they could stay on the farm with less rancor. Shane wants to kill anyone who stands in the way of getting what he wants or doing what he thinks is right. He would sacrifice everyone, other than probably Lori, which makes him dangerous to the rest of the group. Dale is the only one who sees that right now, but you have to think that eventually people will figure this out and when Rick finally faces that truth, it will be the end of one of them. Daryl is a wonderful character. Norman Reedus does a fantastic job of portraying Daryl's struggle and inner torment. I cannot imagine what kind of terrible upbringing he must have experienced with Merle, but Daryl is slowly overcoming his past. I hope that they plan to do more with T-Dog because he is merely the token African-American survivor at this point.

I found the episode pretty boring up until the final 10 to 15 minutes. I suspected that Sophia had been turned and was in the barn, but it was still shocking to see her shuffle out. I wish Dale had shot Shane who is way pass his sell by date. Shane who was clearly never the most right headed person is spiraling out of control. I was glad that Glenn told Maggie some harsh truths about the zombies, but then he hesitated and got her permission to shoot them.

Ugh. Lori's pregnant likely with Shane's kid. TWD has officially turned into a soap opera. This is not a compliment. Merle is back so I'll watch next week, but that might it for me.

I think that everyone is fundamentally who they were before the zombie apocalypse. Rick is the good cop who would always obey the rules and try to save everyone so he does his best by leaving guns with Morgan and his son and with the Latinos caring for the elderly. Not that Rick is always right or that his plans work out. Shane is the kind of cop who would break the rules if he could get away with it i.e. beat the sh!t out of a suspect (like he did the wife beater) and try to take whatever he wanted (like when tried to rape Lori). Daryl is a red neck racist who would help someone if he can regardless of their skin color, but he isn't going out of his way to do it. In contrast, his brother Meryl is the drug addled violent racist who would beat up someone without a thought. Glenn is a resourceful, good guy who will risk his life to save you despite his better judgment. Of all the men, Shane is the most dangerous because he puts on a front as a caring person, but underneath that facade he abuses his power and is willing to abandon others in the group when he thinks it is best for him.

I am glad to hear that Williamson appreciates Zach and is trying to give him more to do. Matt has not done much so I have been afraid that he would be dead soon..

Just when you think that Shane cannot get any lower. What a piece of [!@#$%^&*]! If he was going to sacrifice Otis, Shane could have at least killed him and not left him to be torn to bits and eaten. Goes to show that some people are who they are and nothing will change them. This is same Shane was going to shoot RIck in the back and attempted to rape Lori. Thank goodness for Daryl, Glenn, and soppy Rick. They give me hope for humanity. The Carl and missing kid stories have been going on for far too long. Time to wrap them up and move on.

Since he was on ATWT, I have found Zach Roerig beautiful and he has only gotten better looking. They need to do more with Matt on the show. I am hoping that he and Bonnie hook up now that she is done with Jeremy.

Darryl was the best part of the last episode; exclaiming “am I the only one zen around here? Good lord,” telling the zombie to "shut up" before shooting it in the head, and then calmly announcing that Merle "got the clap on occasion" as he casually handed over the antibiotics to save T-Dog. The rest of episode felt like the Shane redemption story. One minute Shane is ready to shoot Ric dead, now he is all caring. Whatever, dude. T-Dog cracked me up with his paranoia. It was definitely the fever talking, but I think that his subconscious fears were coming out. After all, when you are the only black person in the horror movie cast, you usually have no shot of surviving.

This is great news. Thanks. I love Lennie James, a very talented actor. Darryl is a racist, but he isn't anything near his brother. Meryl was an ugly racist and a meth-head, something which Darryl acknowledged. However, Darryl seems like fundamentally a good guy who is able to overcome his racist upbringing which is why it was great that after threatening T-Dog for abandoning Meryl last season, he turns around and saves his life. One handed Meryl is missing, but I full expect him to show up one day to get his revenge. I can see Darryl killing him after he is unable to reason with him.

Yeah, that was crazy, but funny as hell. I realized last night that Darryl might be a racist cracker, but damn he is determined, brave, and very loyal. If I have to face down zombies, I want him, Glenn, and Rick next to me. It doesn't seem like Morgan is returning this season, but he, Rick, Glenn, and Darryl would make a great team.

Amazing ratings for TWD. I was really annoyed by the insane number of commercials. AMC cut the show's budget, It could have gone easy on selling ad time. I thought the premiere was solid, but too long. Darryl has grown on me, but Shane, Lori, Carol, and Andrea work my last nerve. I want to see more of Glenn and T-Dog. The group is so stupid. They cannot find a better camper or SVU among all those abandoned vehicles on the highway. Knuckle heads! BTW, I hate that the zombies can eat animals. I rather they only crave humans. Watching them eat that horse and the dog makes me more sick than watching them eat humans.

He isn't my type, but boy, does he look yummy.

Unless Lyanna was married to Rhaegar, several of the Targaryens had two or more wives. Even if Jon is a bastard, there is nothing his rivals can do if Dany with her dragons put her nephew on the throne. There are ways for Martin to get around Jon's pledge to the Night Watch if he wants. The Wall and Night's Watch likely will be eliminated once the Others are defeated. Besides if Jon is Ageon Targaryen, the prince who was promised, he has a destiny to fulfill.

I have no idea what Martin has planned for the final books, but I hopeful that the war is averted or ended by Dany marrying my beautiful Jon Snow. It seems fitting that he ends up becoming king, especially as there are rumors that

There be dragons! Great ending. Dany definitely knew what was going to happen when she went into the fire unlike her protector. I felt bad for the healer. She never lied to Dany. It was unfair that she was the one sacrificed for the dragons to be born. Tyrion as Hand will be very entertaining. I expect lots more slaps are in Joffery's future. He is such a mean little boy. The Hound realized what Sansa was going to push Joffery of the edge. He must care for her because he saved her from certain death. Ah, my beautiful Jon Snow is heading beyond the wall. I hope he makes it back alive.

Great episode. Farewell Ned. He dug his own grave with his bad judgement. He should have taken up Renly's offer. At least, Ned knew that one of his daughters was saved. Sean Bean was excellent in Ned's final scenes. I hope that Peter Dinklage wins an Emmy. I have been a fan of his work since I saw The Station Agent. I love how Robb tricked the Lannisters and captured Jamie. The poor Starks, they will be devastated to learn of Ned's death. My sweet Jon Snow. Poor Dany. She and Drogo are done for.

I watched this show last night. It is okay. I just don't love it. Something about the characters get on my last nerve. I also find it awfully unbelievable that despite all the people trying to kill them, Damon and Stephan never die. I am now rooting for their enemies to kill them. It is unfair how Anna and Mason died and not them. However, I think the most annoying thing is the music. It is too loud and there is too much of it. It reminds me of Grey's Anatomy. It is good to see Bryton McClure getting some work. He is turning in some solid performances. Hopefully, this role will lead to bigger prime roles for him. Y&R is never going to use him. Is he even still on contract with Y&R?

Although I think that Aaron and Jackson's reunion happened too quickly and isn't realistic, their reunion scenes were very sweet yesterday. I like Hazel, but she really needs to stay out of Aaron and Jackson's relationship. She may not want Jackson to be alone, but hounding Aaron who has major doubts isn't the way to go there.

Holly's story is only realistic in crazy world and even there it is dumb as hell. Wait

This drug story is rubbish. I blame the writing and the actors. The writing is so preposterous. These people live in a village. How come they know where to go score class A drugs? And Pa Barton is way too hot to end up in a prison cell... unless I'm in there with him. He really needs to dump that family of his and take up with Alicia or Faye. Dishy Declan's ex- wife and daughter are just downright annoying. I can't believe Alicia took that insult from the ex-wife. I thought Alicia would had told her off and pull her hair out. Disappointing. Declan and Faye should hook up. Faye would tell the ex-wife where to get the hell off. I am glad that Rhoneh got it over with and told Pearl she is pregnant\. Bob is so weak. I don't why he doesn't tell VIv to cut it out.

I have never heard of Between the Sheets. I did find some YT clips of him on Red Cap. He is so yummy. Emmerdale needs to use Pa Burton better. He is wasted on that boring family. He should have never been cast as a family man. He should be the village hottie loving and leaving them.

Ooo, now I have to go look for steamy sex scenes with the guy who plays Pa Barton. He is quite the hottie. Emmerdale is so tame when it comes to sex scenes. Blech. Emmerdale is alright. I'm watching. I like quite a few characters; Dishy Declan, Paddeh, Rhoneh, Pa Barton, I said to myself, Hazel, and Faye. I always use the nicknames given by the Emmerdale fans on Digital Spy forums. I love lurking on their threads because those posters are insanely funny and the best soap fans around.

I have to post how much I love Pa Barton today. Not only is he hot with a gorgeous body, but the actor is great and has been the best thing about this poorly written drug story. I loved him bawling out everyone and storming off. It is too bad the rest of the actors in the Barton family are crap. The Holly person is the worse, but the mother isn't far behind. She was embarrassingly horrendous today. John needs to dump his boring wife and his family and go have a fling with Alicia. Now that would be entertaining. Marlon acts like a two year old. I don't know what Rhoneh ever saw in him. He lives down the street in the same village WTH is he saying that he can't be a father. What a loser.

RIP Gavin. He was so young and was married with three young children. They must be devastated. I'm not completely shocked. A week ago, poster on Digital Spy said that her father had been in the hospital with Gavin who was doing quite poorly. This reminds me of when Marland passed away. I hope that Emmerdale does not meet the same creative fate that ATWT did after losing Marland.
