  8. LOL. Ultimately it’s SOD’s responsibility to have their correct image of actors in their magazines, but it’s funny that Shutterstock apologized in that thread for mislabeling that Kym Whitley image as Jackée. If I were SOD, I might think about using another image repository.
  9. If you’re like me and you love Rock en Español (Soda Stereo, Café Tacvba, Los Fabulosos Cadillacs, Aterciopelados), or you have an interest in Latin American history since the ‘60s, this is wonderful six-part documentary on Netflix with lots of interviews, concert and archival footage, etc.
  10. I appreciate Monique’s preparedness for the reunion, and Candiace is annoying, hypocritical, and immature, but I don’t have any allegiance really. The great thing about Potomac is that I kind of like everyone, *including* Gizelle and maybe excluding Wendy, although she doesn’t bother me as much as some housewives (like various BH and OC ladies). The RHOP cast members show enough of their lives that you can understand and relate to them, even when they’re behaving appallingly. I do worry we’re heading for the inevitable jump-the-shark moment with the Potomac cast. They’ve had a pretty flawless run up until now.

  12. Laura’s silent and sorta bemused reaction mirrored my own. It was like, what is this bizarre theatrical production I just walked into? It just didn’t land for me, with all the yelling and exposition and MEK’s bad accent. Meanwhile, Michael Logan came off a two-month social media hiatus to post this. What show was he watching?
  13. This “family reunion” with Martin and Cyrus is so tonally odd and OTT that I almost feel like they staged it to deceive Laura. Just a weird scene.
  14. Liam is a well-established idiot, but this all would have made a *little bit* more sense if he hadn’t known the mannequin existed. But this show is all plot plot plot.
  15. Which IMO isn’t saying *that* much. Empire became pretty much unwatchable. Star was LGBT-friendly, which was great, but it was a dark, convoluted mess.
  16. Leo Richardson’s credentials worry me, though. Star was... not great.
  17. Y&R needs Olivia, if only briefly, for Nate. If they can’t get TLW, bring on Amelia Marshall. Such a letdown to see Donny Boaz back. This show is going through the motions. Things sorta... happen.
