Have GH 60 & Y&R 50 Been Underwhelming?
The Young and the Restless did well with their anniversary week(s) of shows, but, in the follow up, it has been disappointing. General Hospital did not do well with their anniversary week of shows, but, in the follow up, it has been quite well done (aside from anything involving Willow).

Peacock TV
Agree. Which would mean, in technicality, Friends would be on Peacock and not Max, but I'm happy it's on Max over Peacock, haha. Judging from what I've heard and seen, the reboot looks quite well done.

Wow. Now that is a casting. Hoping it goes well. I doubt this would happen on NBC.

There's been no decor update until Ava took ownership of the castle... a ring cam is the last thing on the list. So many need ring cams. You would've thought Sonny would have them installed at the main house and his apartment at the towers. This week was the first time, pre-Nurses' Ball and post-Ryan, that we've seen some kind of change in decor. Some of the columns seem to be in a lighter marble, and if that's a sign of things to come, then we're in for something exciting.

ARTICLE: Sofia Mattsson Announces She’s Pregnant With Her Second Child, Due in May, With Husband Thomas Payton
It was apparent the moment she began wearing all-black with opened blazers, and then the Nurses' Ball it was beyond apparent. I'm happy for her and her family, and wish them luck with the addition of their newest bundle of joy!

You would think the shuttle from PC to Spoon Island would be shut down, due to Victor Cassadine taking the Haunted Star... but, I guess not.

Plus, I doubt Jane was willing to change her appearance simply for the fact of reprising the role for the long-term time. She probably wanted to grow her hair out and, to keep with Tracy, it kept being cut. Plus, she wasn't a fan of dying it, either, so I can't blame her. Perhaps a classic curl might change things...?

Roles that Suffered After 3 or More Recasts
I think it's because Marnie Schulenburg dyed her hair brunette around this time. But she had good chemistry with Dylan Bruce's Chris. I'm still shocked Chris ended up with Katie in the end.

He came in as a pairing with Emily. And then flirting back with Alison. I don't think Abigail was around at that point.

Did, you know, Jack think of calling Phyllis' sister, Avery? That's a thought! Also.. what kind of corner is this they're writing Phyllis into? Is this a potential *out* in case Michelle Stafford doesn't re-up?

You mean fourth. Don't forget the pinch-hitter, Tiffany Daniels, who subbed when Briana Nicole Henry was out with COVID. Back when things weren't as tightly-knit as they are now, and scenes could breathe!!! Ah, I miss those days so much!!

Oh, most definitely, but I do have to suspend belief in that, given continued SORASing in soaps. If only they could have gotten Mishael Morgan to play Jordan. Yes, age-range-wise, she's right in there with Antoine & Harper, but her pull on the material? Woof! Others to consider: Rochelle Aytes: Napiera Danielle (ex-Bonnie, As the World Turns) Daphnee Duplaix (ex-Rachel, One Life to Live) Chaunteé Schuler (ex-Bonnie, As the World Turns)

Days Promo 4/17/23
I hate to say it... but, it's because Ron Carlivati writes for actor over character. The way he writes for Davidson is vastly different from the way he writes for Haiduk, and that, to me, is the true sign of an inept writer. You should always write for character over actor. If the actor cannot handle the material given to them, then either replace them or remove them.
