  1. Stepping back into EastEnders for the first time in what feels like forever. Picked up when Kat was held hostage.
  2. 🤣 He really did rely on every. single. co-star. to carry his inept behind through scenes. How can you work with the likes of Genie Francis & Maura West, and just... allow them to CARRY you through scenes. I remember a Francis interview where she said he "tries".
  3. I think so? I could have sworn one other company wanted to purchase. Part of me wants to say Sony or Warner? I don't know why. But I do know attempts were made to purchase, especially As the World Turns. Sorry.. but when it's put like this... this soap seems absolutely f**king insane. Ouch.
  4. It's still hilarious; just in the same way when Alexis stabbed Dante with the syringe they kept moving where Dante was located, and the haircuts/haircut reversals within the same episode. Haha.
  5. Maura West is an automatic mention; she has chemistry with everyone, including herself. She just illuminates MAGIC when she's in a scene. Not to mention, she had chemistry with Marcus Coloma, yet Coloma had zero chemistry with her. She just.... works! I'd pay to see her reading a newspaper and the phone book. She just has that charm about her. I mean, she even exuded inappropriate chemistry with William deVry's Julian, and yet made it just WORK! I mean, even in those earlier years, when she'd run her hand across a sofa or a pen, etc she just had chemistry with those objects. She brings everything to life.
  6. I know, if I recall, attempts were made to purchase both soaps by other production companies and P&G declined. Selfish decision; it was "if we can't have you no one will" situation. Disgusting.
  7. I'm very happy for them earning another two-year renewal. However, the creatives need to be changed.
  8. Did any notice the glitch in yesterday's dialogue? Carly questioned: "Why does the Metro Court need a new venue?" Should it have been: "Why does the Nurses' Ball need a new venue?"
  9. She'll likely choose Cassie's death or when she presents the family portrait to Sharon.
  10. Face is too mature to be Greg Rikaart. Plus, it's not a return by him, since he's filmed recently.
  11. https://www.instagram.com/p/CppuEXNrY1U/ They really want to use this blue paint... and it looks like this new set is "downstairs". GCAC lower level?
  12. Considering Emma Samms is back on April 14 and Jane Elliot returns on April 17, I have a feeling something is [unfortunately] happening.
  13. You dang-well know the reunion was cancelled, because they wanted to protect Ramona from what was coming from Eboni. The fact Sonja, of all people, understood Eboni's intent, and was flipping the script.... shows just how bad it was, IMHO. Bravo/Andy Cohen wanted to protect her no matter what, yet will throw other housewives down the river for the sake of viewership. That dinner, alone, was DISGUSTING. Absolutely vile!
  14. Black Shabbat was disgusting. How Bravo did not denounce Ramona after that was... a choice, and showed how much Andy Cohen wanted to protect her. If Eboni were to join, my desire for Wendy to exit would change. Immediately.
  15. Joshua Morrow looking handsome and dapper as ever!
  16. 💯 They are. Despite my gripes with [some] of the cast, Potomac has been non-stop giving, cast-wise. They really are proof new franchises can work when done right. Eboni would've been a wonderful fit.
  17. They really did lose their way post-Bethenny. They semi-did in S4 by trying to bring Cindy in as the "Bethenny replacement," and it smacked them in their faces. The same happened again for S12. Bethenny is a personality that cannot be replaced/duplicated easily. It would have served them better to just... in a way... ignore that she was gone. I think Leah did a bit better than Cindy; Cindy, I felt, melted into the group while Leah stood out in her own way. But, it is clear, losing Bethenny both times shook producers. It seemed like she was there to be there. Like, "Oh no! You're filming? Awesome! Let me come, too!" Plus, wasn't she there for the infamous "I don't shave my p*ssy" moment from Sonja? Or was that someone else in a different season? Elyse, from my viewpoint, was the Bethenny answer producers NEEDED in S12, especially re: Ramona. I've always stated this since the season aired: had Eboni come in at any other point she would've been better received. But, she came in when the 2020 presidential election was a major moving point and she was not going to allow Luann & Ramona just coast (nor should they be allowed to), and that was needed. Plus, COVID was still at a highpoint; the city itself is part of the cast, and the city was on lockdown. Even Salem was quiet; I went to Salem (or part of it) this past year, and it was ten times busier than when the cast filmed. They should've paused a full year. They really should have. NYC, unlike any other franchise, is so dependent on the city as being the unspoken "nth" cast member of the season; without it, the season wasn't going to have that push it needed.
  18. S12 felt like they wanted Dorinda to be the villain since they had Luann as the S11 villain and Bethennyk was gone, who I do think would've had Dorinda's back in a way the others did not. Bethenny confronting Dorinda about her drinking ("you're a drunk") in a one-on-one was more impactful than everyone ganging up on her through the season. I don't get the hate S13 gets, other than people wanting to protect the ever-so-fragile Luann & Ramona, who got what they deserved that season, especially the latter. Elyse deserved a second-go, too. I enjoyed her.
  19. I don't think it's Miguel based on this photo. It is the return of the GCAC based on the set.
  20. I'm more compelled by the performance by Christian J. LeBlanc, honestly.
  21. The post-production on this promo is giving late 2015/early 2016 blue-green vibes.
  22. My guess is the eighth season, because in the ninth season is when Linda Gray directed her episode.
