https://www.instagram.com/p/C5olkJzyDe8/ bethmaitlanddqb Yes it was my quilt in today’s episode. The show graciously had me bring in a few to choose from when Traci comforts ailing sister Ashley with a quilt “I made for your 21st birthday. I had no idea you still had it!” Always so fun when worlds collide. Thank you Lindsay Harrison for the beautiful writing and Steven Williford for the sensitive directing. Eileen and I have been sisters nearly 42 years. @youngandrestlesscbs @eileendavidsonofficial @stvnwllfrd

DAYS: Two (New?) Roles Cast
I don't think he's playing Dario. That was an assumption that started going around today after the photo was released, but I don't think it's accurate. I don't know anything. Just my thoughts. I do think it's likely that she's playing Gabi, as she's been following Barash on ig for months. According to this: https://soapoperanews.net/2024/04/10/cherie-jimenez-and-al-calderon-join-days-of-our-lives/ a rep for Days of our Lives confirms that Jimenez will begin airing at the end of June and Calderon will debut in the fall.

Member of Arizona state senate has medical need for an abortion and can't get one. She is pregnant with an nonviable fetus and is addressing the legislature. This is from March 2024 and I don't know what's happened since then. It's a very intense 9:36, but watch the whole thing and pass it on. (I started to post this last week and I don't think it went through, forgive me if this is a duplication): Copy on youtube: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DYPCnsSxfzs copy on twitter:- Star Trek returns with streaming series
Star Trek Discovery debuted its fifth/final season with two episodes during first week of April 2024. I enjoyed it. Well the premise of the season is based on classic Next Gen, specifically Season 6, Episode 20. Watch it that NextGen ep, if you can!, you don't even need to know who any of the characters/storylines are for Next Generation to enjoy the episode - it's a standalone that's a classic. This episode: link to memoryalpha summary of that NextGen eppy: (The Chase) I'm excited about Discovery for the first time in years.- GH: April 2024 Spoilers

(Keep in mind that Katie Levine, the photographer for the new playgirl photoshoot said elsewhere that she's a longtime friend of RSW. She said she'd wanted him in playgirl for a long time, So of course he's featured more than the others.) Back in Sept. 2021, the same photographer Katie Levine (not for playgirl but instead for "Paper Magazine" ) did a photoshoot of Victoria Konefal and RSW Included in that Sept. 2021 photoshoot for PaperMagazine were RSW and VK dressed up as Doug and Julie to try to "recapture" the famous BH/SSH Time Magazine cover.- DAYS: April 2024 Discussion Thread

When t**p says leave abortion up to the states, I hear "states rights" as a blatant dog whistle for states' rights to own humans as slaves. But in this case, it's states' rights to control women with a dogwhistle to attract both racists and sexists.- DAYS: April 2024 Discussion Thread

A throwaway line? Srsly? I haven't been watching every episode, but does Billy even know that Claire is Eve? Does Billy know about Jordan terrorizing Victoria? Does Billy know that Jordan burned down the house he shared with Victoria/Johnny/Katie? Also do they remember that Reed exists?- Y&R April 2024 Discussion Thread
Ever since Jordan set Victoria's house on fire and the house was completely destroyed, Victoria has been living at the Newman ranch main house. Claire moved into the ranch main house when she was released from the hospital. Johnny and Katie are still at boarding school. April 2nd. Teriah had been living in the tack house. They have found a larger place to live and are packing to move out of the tack house. Teriah encounter Victoria/Cole at Society and tell them about their moving plans. Victoria/Cole explain that they lived at the tack house together ages ago, so Teriah invite them to visit. Later same evening, Victoria&Cole bring Claire for a visit to see the tack house -- so she can see where Victoria&Cole were in love when they were young. During the visit, Claire bonds with little Aria. Then *this* happens -- After the visit to the tack house, Victoria gives an idea for a solution ... (from the transcript): Note the bolded -- a throwaway line in which we learn that Victoria told Johnny & Katie offscreen that Claire is their sister Eve. Victoria: Well, this might sound a little bit crazy, but it could also be really incredible. What would you think about living in the tack house? Claire: You want me to move? Victoria: Well, you liked the tack house, didn’t you? Claire: Yeah, it’s great. It’s just… did I do something wrong? Victoria: No. Claire: Because I would understand if I’d overstayed my welcome or if you just didn’t want me around all the time. Victoria: What? No. No, no, no. That’s not what I meant at all. No, you would– you would be moving there with me. I would move with you, and then Johnny and Katie could join us later. Claire: Oh. Victoria: I don’t want you to ever think that you’re not welcome wherever we go. You’re family. You should never forget that. Claire: Thank you. Cole: You know, I think it’s a great idea. It’s a really good space. And you still are right here on the Newman property, so you have access to all of Victor’s security. Victoria: And I have been a little worried about Johnny and Katie coming home from spring break and not having a house to come home to. I mean, I love that they want to spend a lot of time with Mom and Dad, but, I mean, the five of us in the main house together could get a little stressful, and this way you guys could get to know each other. Claire: I’d really like that, but how would they feel about me being there? Victoria: Well, I’ve already told them all about you. They’re really anxious to meet their big sister. Claire: Big sister. I still can’t believe I have siblings. Victoria: You’re going to be so great with them. Just like you were with Aria tonight. You know, she’s a real natural with children. Claire: This all just, it’s a little overwhelming. Victoria: I know. And I’m sorry if I just dumped it on you like this, but after we ran into Mariah and Tessa and they told us that they were moving, I just felt that it was the universe sending us a message. Cole: To live the dream. Victoria: Yeah. And it can be our home. You know, a place where we can all come together. And Cole, you’re welcome to come as often as you like. Cole: Thank you. Victoria: And Claire, it’ll be a place to give you space and time to plan the rest of your life. But you have time to think about it, of course. There’s no rush. Claire: So, when can we move?- B&B: April 2024 Spoilers

Mulcahey wrote for the Avant family at B&B. The main storylines were by HW Brad Bell, of course, but Mulcahey did some scriptwriting for this storyline. Trans woman Maya wanted to be a mother, and her sister Nicole became the gestational surrogate. The conflict was from the sisters' father Julius Avant who disapproved of his daughter Maya being trans, and Julius wanted his other daughter Nicole to keep the baby. Nicole willingly gave the baby to her sister. A very minor conflict arose later when Maya was working as a model and the baby was ill, and for a moment, Nicole considered refusing to sign the adoption papers, but then Nicole signed. Meanwhile a larger conflict arose after the baby was born, when Nicole was revealed to *NEWLY* being unable to carry any more children. But it wasn't about Nicole wanting to take Maya's child. She was just dealing with her new medical condition. There was also some stuff with Nicole's boyfriend. But he later proposed. (Then suddenly Brad Bell wrote the entire family off and moved them to Paris and/or other places out-of-town, but that wasn't Mulcahey's fault.) My point is, Mulcahey has been scriptwriter for a surrogacy storyline, but in the B&B story, the mother was LGBTQ and the surrogate was cis. Mulcahey knows the way to write subtleties for this and he *could* write the Molly/Kristina storyline. I think there is potential in Kristina miscarrying, and then Kristina being support for Molly's endometriosis issue. Kristina could support her sister without having to be the surrogate. Edit, I see that @titan1978 wrote while I was composing my post "The only other dramatic option I see would be if there is a medical crisis, the baby ends up fine but Kristina can no longer have children." Which is what happened on B&B, but the surrogate still let go of the baby. - GH: April 2024 Spoilers
