  1. Thanks. I sure wish his soap opera work was available. It would be fun to see his "straight" serial work to compare it with the often brilliant parody that was Soap.
  2. Thanks, I knew about both of those. I read someplace that Jada had played Leslie briefly. It would have had to have been pre-1976, when she joined TD.
  3. Actually, he's the poster boy of why the #MeToo movement exists!!! 😠😠😠😠😠
  4. I take it he was on before joining SFT?
  5. Is it true that even Jada Rowland played Leslie Jackson Bauer briefly at some point?
  6. It really is. With the advent of social media, we get the good, the bad AND the extremely ugly. 😨
  7. Yes, that's a good point. Would they still have brought on John Aniston and had a Tony/Jo/Martin triangle?
  8. He's already the poster boy...of DELUSION!!!!! 😠😠😠😠😠
  9. Didn't Joan star in the movie version?
  10. Who did you like better in the role...Trish van Devere or Lynn Benisch? I've read that TVD was a nightmare to work with.
  11. The real mistake was portraying Theresa as a heroine. They should have made her a full-fledged villainess. She certainly schemed and manipulated enough to be one.
  12. OK, I stand corrected. Thanks!
  13. Yup, since 1992. Brooke also appeared several times on Monk, most memorably as the frazzled flight attendant in the flying episode.
  14. I've heard that George Gaynes and Robert Loggia were the recasts. Which one immediately followed Mr. Mandan? Did you think one or the other were better in the role?
  15. Hush!!!! Don't even kid about something like that. 😉 However, I would watch a show of Roseanne and Rosie as Rock 'Em Sock 'Em robots. That would be much more entertaining. 😉😂
  16. Thanks! I must have missed that scene.
  17. I could see Wally as Tad. He has the look, comedic chops and romantic cache that has defined the role, though it is hard to imagine anyone else but MEK in the role.
  18. I had forgotten all about the love noodle until now. Of course, that nonsense was all moot because Luis and Sheridan would not end up together in the end.
  19. Yes, she would...and would always call the studios of her various shows from her home in Chicago to complain! Of course, she always called collect. 😂
  20. Richard being paranoid was what made the character fun to watch! John Pleshette was perfect in the role...I can't imagine anyone else playing Richard Avery.
  21. I'd love to see his work from SFT. From everything I've read, the Jo/Sam love story was one of the greatest the show ever had. When Robert Mandan left the show to move to LA, I've read that neither of the Sam recasts had even a fraction of the chemistry with Mary Stuart that he'd had. Thus, the creation of Dr. Tony Vincente, who Jo would ultimately marry.
