  1. She was a fun character, as I recall - with her sidekick/would-be henchman Brad.
  2. Last I heard, she and her husband had yet to enter pleas. Speaking of husbands, I still find it extremely hard to believe that Felicity's husband was not complicit in all this.
  3. Harley Jane Kozak (Mary Duvall) did confirm in an interview (I think with SOD) that she was fired. Not sure about Stacy Edwards (Hayley Benson Capwell).
  4. I think he was briefly part of the show's younger set, but was only on for a few months before being dropped.
  5. Yes, that was what came to my mind first. Eden comforted him, and he provided moral support when she was paralyzed and when Cruz was on trial for a murder he didn't commit.
  6. That would have been a good idea, since she and Vicky Wyndham always acted very well together.
  7. I also liked the complex brother/sister relationship that Mason and Eden had. They could (and did) quarrel like nobody's business, but were always there for each other when the chips were down.
  8. I know...she was like an entirely different character.
  9. I only watched AW on NBC in its last 2-3 years, so I only knew Judi as Paulina (and she was with Joe). But seeing Cali in the role from YT and the reruns from SoapNet, she seemed to give off the lost broken girl vibe off more strongly, and I think that's what Paulina was always supposed to be at heart.
  10. Your guess is as good as mine. Lauren White is such a quirky and engaging kind of soap heroine that it's hard to picture anyone else as MJ.
  11. Or as @Wendy always calls him, "the drip".
  12. When all these actors were in place, it was off to the races. They really did feel like a family.
  13. Nope. In fact, their characters barely interacted for the year and a half or so that both were on TD at the same time.
  14. Nope. Though there were some decent recasts of the Capwell kids (Carrington Garland, Gordon Thomson) - to me the "real" Capwell siblings will always be Lane Davies, Marcy Walker, Robin Wright and Todd McKee.
  15. I don't know how the writing system worked at that time. Wayne Tippit, who had originated Kyle, was by this time playing Ted Adamson on SFT. Thus when TD decided to revive the role, he was not available. Kudos to Jennifer Houlton, who had the moody and mouthy teenager down cold. The conversations between Greta and her parents of late have been realistic and timeless. She's lucky that the Drs. Powers don't attend the Tom Carroll School of Child Discipline!
  16. SUN did more recasting/retooling in its first 6 months on the air than Passions did in its first 6 years!!!
  17. It really is a shame that Cali Timmins never got on another soap - though she had been rumored as a recast of OLTL's Tina Lord.
  18. Yup, he directed several episodes. Was he one of the first soap actors to go to directing soaps?
  19. I never understood why they never gave Todd McKee more to do. He was handsome and could actually ACT, plus he had a natural easy chemistry with his screen partners. I especially loved the brotherly relationship Mason and Ted had under Davies and McKee. They balanced each other out very well. Mason was brooding and pessimistic, while Ted was easygoing and optimistic.
  20. He did have post-SUN acting roles on shows like Sons of Anarchy and Longmire, and has an active Twitter account. Susan Ward took time off to film a movie called The In Crowd (which wasn't very good). Sydney Penny was an interesting choice for a temp - her acting was fine, but looked too exotic to play farm girl Meg.
  21. Agreed!! I was watching some 1985 episodes, and had to laugh when Ted and Christie got jobs at the Orient Express. Why did Eden have her waiters and waitresses dress like movie theater ushers?
  22. I remember them. They sure did - to no avail.
  23. Yet another ADA for Olivia to neuter, ahem, break in. Yay.
  24. It looks to me that she's about to crack up. Meanwhile... https://www.google.com/amp/s/people.com/tv/bob-saget-deletes-tweet-about-lying-lori-loughlin-appears-court/amp/
