Wacka wacka!!! lol. But I completely agree. I like the actor, but it's the same show and dance that Frank does with villains with that 'look at me! I'm evil' though from where I'm playing catch-up, the actor is bringing some nice menace finally. But I don't and have never found him sustainable. Now Frank on the other hand...by displacing Drew who was really running roughshod over everyone and had a lot of fingers in story pies to bow down to Sidwell...seems to feel differently. I found Drew too to be the sustainable villain. All he needed was a redeeming quality, but they took it away (Scout) and I really hated they did that. He was perfect IMO due to that. It's another reason why he's a cartoon now. His obsession love for Willow ain't it. EJ is a good example for Drew to be like. It would be nice if they would try. But alas.

This 12-18 episode is more to my liking. I was worried there for a second. Two things I like (okay three)... Anita's story starting to have some build and loving her scene with Andre. Yassssssssss to Marcel matching SPS's energy and his flirt game is ON...POINT. Hayley looked BOSS.

Mos def. lol. Hmm kinda like crafty/cunning? Cuz I believe Sidwell eclipsed him in that department. I believe the thread talked months ago about how it was good to have Drew as the more...grounded villain while Sidwell was the more soap supervillain. But since Sidwell blackmailed Drew, Drew's villainy has lost all of its agency for me. It was like the writers just could not have two villains at the same time. I smh.

I do miss the nuances that led up to him being like this for sure. It very much is giving cartoon. Though to be fair, this writers have Tracy being one note sometimes and JE still elevates their writing. There is more to Tracy than grumpy grandma.

Awww Nina and Drew...the way they were under PM was truly perfection. And glad I called that. I think the closest now to organically paired similarly is Dani/Andre on BTG. Well if Michael ever falls out with Sonny again, you know Rory will bring it. :) VERY. I've been picking on it since I started regularly watching again. I give these writers credit that their second year is better than their first, but they still have annoying writing tics that I don't like. And you can tell which HW likes which story, too, which makes it worse when it's a potential good story and one likes it and the other one tries to wreck it.

Lol. But very. I didn't want him to lose his edge, but I wanted something, anything. It's almost like the writers were toying with the audience cuz they knew what they were doing was leading to a murder mystery and they got offended the audience were that savvy so...NOPE.

I know! I'm not at all liking the tonic shift story-wise, but I can't deny it is holding my interest in spite of it. Of course that could be cuz Laura is centered. And now I'm getting Marco/Lucas. Ooooo I heard about those.

12-19 Second generation vs Generation Next on the runway? I'm down. I'm assuming Thomas (finally) coming back and pushing Deke right off the stage is to set up for him to join Katie's new fashion house. So no wonder Brad Bell has been making such a concentrated effort to balance stories between the Spencers and the Forresters. I like!!! Especially if we get a runway showdown.

Or her him! Willow still got that crazy in her. ;) Seriously, I can't believe they not only took Drew's one redeeming quality aka Scout away and not even being shot has changed him. Shoot him again! Thank you. I think it says something that I am actually disappointed when I can't get around to my player quick enough and miss episodes of GH...where you actually can miss a day AND miss a lot VS B&B or Y&R where they have timed amount of time before the player deletes them and that's when it's not set to delete early and that happens and I feel NOTHING.

12-17 A lot better but I still feel meh about it. At least there is some movement starting to go on. I'm sorry. I love that Nicole's story is getting traction. We all know that Kial is there for her, but why can't she have a little bit of fun first? And did we think Carlton was going to give up without some fight? It was adorable all the same. Or I was just distracted by the bubble. ;) There's no way that I feel Naomi would help Silk Press Sheila out so my eyes immediately rolled my eyes. And just silliness with her treating Samantha like dirt. Though I liked June not even wanting to deal with her. That said...nicely warming to Shanice and Ted. I hate to admit it, but he did have a point. And...that is something that I would do for someone I like. runs for cover Speaking of Ted...I did enjoy his scene with Eva as well. I even liked that Eva talked some sense into Izaiah now do the same for Mama and got him to try to mend fences with his dad. And the end was a nice cliffhanger. Cuz I like Marcel with SilkPress so good to play that beat.

Same. I actually think he WOULD have good chemistry with both ladies, too.

So it's true then!!! I loved Jordi on DAYS and thought he was never given anything good on Y&R before he was abruptly fired. Since he's with Ashley...I'm cautiously optimistic...and also think that Derek might finally go over that edge after all.

Same. It's funny that I've seen B&B promos over the last week, but we get the same ole same ole for BTG. I think not!

gasps Did I just hear you say that? jk. Their pairing (before someone named Frank derailed it) was good. But...yes. Jason has grown and Britt has regressed. Given who wants her around, I can only assume that part of the story is intentional. But you know I said before she 'died'...and I know I'm in the minority...but Britt had growth. Definitely more growth than what is currently on display. I wouldn't have mind a Trina/Gio/Emma triangle when Emma first got back. Now...I think it would do damage to Trina than anyone. YESSS!!!! And everyone of them had chemistry with each other. EVERY...ONE!!! Just sitting on a goldmine, but Frank can't have that. Wacka wacka!!! Given how often Home and Hearth pops up, I believe it, too. Exactly!!! Ava is at her best when she has her claws out. Speak on it with that sustained animosity. At least we got it with Drew and I don't see that changing.

Now some people are just completists and just like to watch their shows in order. And say what you want about the current soaps, but at least GH...wacka wacka and all...is surprisingly bingeable in spite of its flaws. I've been saying that a lot lately and yes, I am shocked that I'm saying that. Mind you, I now tune into Y&R for events that interests me or a Jess Walton/Eileen Davidson appearance, but it's better than not watching at all which is what I do now. Sorry, Josh Morrow.
