I'm not sure how accurate the info is. But i read somewhere that Eric and Haley were married in late 1981. The newlyweds left Oakdale. Eric comes back for the birth of Cricket's son Billy. Sometime in early 82. Cricket had lied and told everyone Eric was the father.

Dee does look glamorous. I think Days played that up. Since Stella was a plain Jane. I liked the Lombard's. Stella dumping Marlena in the pit had far reaching consequence. Leading to Belle's conception. And Sami becoming a bad girl.

It's a joke. No one can take that mess seriously.

Did anyone watch the stuff 1980? I'm dying to read you guy's thoughts. The best for me was John and Dee's dysfunctional relationship. John's very riveting to watch. The Dobson's totally got him. I liked Cricket and Lyla's talk. I don't think i have ever seen Nancy be so ice cold with anyone. As she was with Joyce. The endless scenes of Dee and Brad making googly eyes at each other. As they wished each other well. On their upcoming weddings. Was rough to watch. ATWT was so slow and boring for the most part.

Oprah was fun for a long time. But once she got stuck up(enlightened) and started pandering too her studio audience. I stopped watching. At her best Oprah could connect with her guest and audience at an emotional level. I like her earlier yrs. When she was more genuine.
