  1. Yep. Very true. It could be this. Hopefully we find out soon lol
  2. lol. It's kinda lowkey hilarious she's basically been forgotten about. It's just Ron ignoring it until he can address it probably. And Maggie is also off-screen so who would mention her? lol Xander's clearly moving on ... Ron's probably gonna drag it out like he did Eric's return, get Xander with someone else and then boom Sarah returns. I feel like it was a rushed exit for several reasons so it kinda is what it is I guess. I'm surprised as well. I had no idea on either, but I also haven't been overly trying to spoil myself I suppose. Has this been out there? Sydney's probably away in private school but she's definitely someone you know Ron wants to introduce (he loves the Nicole/Sami rivalry, clearly) so I'm assuming it's only a matter of when not if. There would be some good stuff to play but if done too soon it could feel too similar to Allie turning to Nicole and hating on Sami. But I guess all of Sami's kids need to go through that. Will did. Allie did. I can't wait to see what Johnny is up to. He has to be scheming. I bet he has his parents wrapped around his finger. I smell early Sami potential in him. *PLEASE*
  3. I'm still behind but I did watch these scenes and it's nice to see Burton as checked in as he can be. He even had some life to him in the preview I saw for Monday's episode. It's hilarious seeing Jasam fans go nuts on Twitter. Best thing ever was finally ending them and putting Sam and Jason in different obrits (while still involved with each other as story dictates). I like Sam with Dante. I think they're going for a bit more slow burn (as much as they 'slow burn' these days) with them than Jason and Britt. I need a bit more from Sam/Dante but they have potential. I don't see crazy chemistry but I like them together. Speaking of Twitter, it's also amusing to see the stans of the awful couples that were finally broken up having a fit. Not every damn couple you ship is 'endgame'. Lord. LOL. Oh and I wanted to add, someone at GH is showing their hand regarding Herbst. The Liz stans are all over it. I HATED "Friz" but why on earth was Liz an extra in her own story and now just propping Finn? Like, really? There's so many more ways that Liz could be involved but they don't bother. Does Frank lowkey hate her? I know he went to the School of Frons but lord ... it's blatant how misused she is (and has been for YEARS) And gee, she suddenly pops back up when Howarth does. I'm so tired of her airtime and others being dictated by the pets they prop. Meanwhile, I have 0 interests in Howarth having yet another character on this show when the cast is bloated and they don't use most of them very well. I will say I'm falling behind but I still have more interest in GH, for what it's worth, than the other three at the moment.
  4. I'm definitely open to him having a new face. He's in the new summer promo along with Johnny who is finally in Salem. Johnny better be EJ Jr. after spending all this time as Daddy's Boy LOL. The actor looks like he could play scheming.
  5. I wanted to echo the sentiments of Cat and others, it was a great interview Errol! I appreciated the questions you asked. I do hope we see the old episodes someday. It sounds like a chore which is why it's avoided, but it doesn't sound totally impossible (DVD sales and streaming sales could make up that cost, but I wonder if it would even come close? LOL). Ken seems to have the mindset that streaming is the future, and I agree with him. Also glad he talked about it doing well on Peacock. For a long time Days was #1 (or at least in the top) on the NBC app, for whatever that was worth.
  6. I did too. Then it became some game about Florence. LOL. I'm losing interest fast. Martin definitely has potential and can be saved.
  7. Cyrus went from potentially being interesting, especially tied to Laura, but lord he's so pathetic. What a waste. Just dump his ass. Sidenote, I'm also tired of Martin's Colonel Sanders schtick. Sorry MEK, but it's becoming grating (IMHO). And Peter will never leave us. LMAO. I fear we will never be rid of that cockroach. I'm very much struggling to stay caught up.

They're all so tired of her ass. I am too. I barely watch and it's mostly because of her. She's always so sour and negative and bitchy. She's a talking head, not a talk show host. But she trends like everyday. Usually being dragged. Eventually something has to give.
  9. Aww, so nice to see them together again!
  10. Exactly. He shouldn't have been Elvis Jr. LORD. Sigh. I definitely would have loved him being Tony and Anna's. I remember before they dumped Carrie in 2006 didn't EJ recognize her or vice versa? Ah what could have been. I agree on him having a promising start otherwise. I wasn't going to go there but yeah the rape soured me. I also despised the pushing of Rafe and Sami as Roman and Marlena 2.0 and EJ as their Stefano. It didn't work. I also felt like Lucas was continually shoved aside by this point, but that's another rant for another day lol. And then to have EJ/Sami become some supercouple? Nooooooo. I think it could have worked had they not had the rape (and better writing would have helped). I only enjoyed Sami/EJ when she was turning against him for his affair with Abby. I was ecstatic when Scott left and EJ was shot and left for dead like nothing. LOL. I'm willing to give it a go but I'm just so mixed on the character I wish he'd have stayed dead (he became an albatross on Sami's back), but I get Ron, OF COURSE, wanting to go there. And agreed on Ron. I see potential, I always have, but he's SO messy (and petty) and just ... short sighted ... he needs a stronger Co-HW. I agree that, storyline wise, it's the perfect opportunity to bring him back. I'd love to see the character just embrace being dark and cunning. I'm so torn on this character lol. I'm open to it yet I also wish he'd stayed dead. Hopefully the recast gives him a fresh start, like Barash did with Stefan (big mistake killing him for that stupid heart plot).
  11. No lies here, Carl. Spot on. I was never a fan of EJ. I was willing to give the new guy a shot and give the character a fresh chance but eh, it's Ron so ... (too bad he made Stefan a rapist too and killed him; Jake doesn't cut it) Ron is very short-sighted as a writer. And I think even he'd probably admit it (he said on Twitter he shouldn't have killed Jordan). He does things for shock and doesn't really think about the long-term. EJ really shouldn't even exist as he is. Rapid aging ... and then the terrible writing. I mean, even Sweeney was drinking the Scott kool-aid and seemed to think the EJ/Sami relationship was the be all end all. Now she's back on the Lumi train. It sure does Side note, I also have to LOL we've known this since March and it was just "confirmed" in May, literally almost two months to the day (which is better than it used to be!) Remember when we'd hear of someone being cast and then not see them for like six months and by the time they were airing we learned they were already gone? Fun times. lol
  12. So true. It WAS time to let Cin ride off together, but Ron's hard-on for Ben rages on. This coupling is the definition of "stan-bait"
  13. Kudos to the show for paying tribute yet again to a class act and great man. No complaints here. I imagine it was so they could also include new Moses in a tribute to Neil.
  14. It sure is. One of the big reasons I stay behind and struggle to catch up. It's like whiplash.
  15. I'm drawing blanks on who the surprise appearance could be. It better not be Geary's decrepit ass. Jack Wagner and Sharon Wyatt are the only two who come to mind.
  16. I liked caveman Dante too. I like him either way ... lol I still have to catch up on the last few episodes .. it does sound like some momentum has been lost.
  17. Agreed on Laura Wright. There are definitely times she does feel like Carly. That's one of them. I'm tired of Cyrus
  18. I definitely get it, but at the same time, people their age aren't doing the 'labels'. It's actually fitting. But I get it.
  19. Well, hopefully this is a good sign. It should be, right? LOL
  20. It would have to be horrid to not get picked up IMO. It seems like a sure thing and not likely to be needed to be included in the normal pick up stuff. It has a built in audience and is easy to market. I mean, numerous cast members are reuniting on that E! Reunion Road Trip thing. AMC/Pine Valley is a *name* engrained in Pop Culture. I mean, look at how many stars this show has created. Michael B. Jordan, Amanda Seyfried, Josh Duhamel (Gellar to a lesser extent but still forever engrained in pop culture as Buffy) ... etc. Not to mention Susan Lucci, Cameron, Eva, Kelly, Mark, Debbi, Darnell etc. are all successful and recognized. I have no concerns about this. If it's meant to be, it will be. People watched the 'revivals' on Hulu. If done right this could do very well. Or completely flop. LOL.
  21. I've always wondered the same. You've brought up the points I go back to and think about. Many feel it was moving in the 'Reilly' direction (but without plotting out actual story and just doing crazy wacky things to get attention) and desperation after the OJ Simpson trial that caused the decline. For me it seems like a lot of poor management decisions. You had the swapping of the P&G producers which didn't work, causing all of their soaps to suffer. Disney bought ABC. NBC was getting on their 'TODAY' high ... And then you had soaps like Sunset Beach and Passions drawing small attention for outlandish plots. Problem is, all the soaps started to look the same LOL I'm sure there's been threads on where exactly the decline began but it's a great discussion to have. EDIT: I forgot about the stupid "Focus Groups" that producers and networks relied on in the 90s. What a disaster. STOP IT! I'm so excited!
  22. Yep. I'm so deflated this man is returning for his millionth role and the general audience is just like "whatever cool"
  23. All of this. It was painful, but I did like the idea of making her a bad girl and JS did her best. The writing definitely failed her. Reminded me of a bland Reilly quad.
  24. Kudos to her of course, she's extremely talented. I'm curious but don't think the show needs anyone else. At least she has presence, more than I can say for a few of the younger "leading" ladies they prop (and I like she pointed out Laura and Cynthia are on the show too lol)
