  1. ....HI!!! I missed you all! I tried doing a self-imposed hiatus to coax me into reviewing all of those mvids and fanfics, a lot of which I have seen and loved and not had the mental wherewithal to express myself over...but that didn't work. But I tried. And I failed. And I missed this place. So, tail between legs, I am coming back. You know what the Q breakfast was missing this morning? -- QUARTERMAINES!!!! Especially fabulous fiery brunette ones! So...lemme get this strait... Tracy, who is married to Luke, whom she has been searching for for weeks, and is both the grandmother AND stepgrandmother to this baby (*stops and does the math*) and would never voluntarily miss a Quartermaine breakfast (and a chance of being part of a family conflagration -- what fun!) is mysteriously and inexplicably absent. Yeah, but Alan's there as he has obviously won the monthly pass out of the vet's closet. And so Luke could pot.kettle.black his parenting skills....Ooooooooooh! SO MAD! at that remark. How dare the absentee parent insult the one that was there. Whatever. I don't like this new, vendetta against the Q's version of Luke Spencer. I am certainly worried about what he'll say to his wife when he finally sees her, as Tracy really has been levelheaded about this, and Dillon certainly did not deserve any of the abuse he got from Luke. Do I think he'll sue the Q's...I think this whole storyline could go very badly and end up with everyone else in town in a class action suit against them. With all the one night stands, and possibly Patrick's HIV in the mix...I really think they could spell the end for the Q's if they wanted to. Evil bastards.
  2. No, no Tracy today, tracyluver, Audrey was the lucky winner of the 'get out of the vet closet free' card today. Side note: AUDREY!!! Better luck tomorrow, although nothing in the previews supports that. Still, it wasn't a bad show, and well worth it to watch Alexis' long overdue reaming out of Sam. Lulu was on though, she talked to her cracked out brother, and had that discussion with Sonny (omg was that ever laughable). Lots of extraneous Sonny/Jason/Carly. And some Mucky and Sic disgustingness bookending the show, but the middle wasn't bad at all.
  3. Hey Tracylovers! 1. Happy belated birthday nex4evr! Okay, judging by this logic, I think we should start having birthdays everyday.... Hope you liked your surprise Tracy birthday present, I toiled ruthlessly for months to arrange it. 2. Saw your video this morning, Ms. Q and loved it. Cute little song and I liked the scenes you picked. 3. I FLOVE the idea of Peggy Lee's 'He's a Tramp' for Tracy and Luke. That would be an awesome video. 4. The one shot today that killed me was the reaction shot where Tracy had to look like she gave a flying fig about what Nikolas named his baby. I just mentally heard Jane's voice saying "Look away from the trainwreck...look away from the train wreck....." 5. Happy that Tracy was on today. Happy they are keeping with the Tracy really does care for Lulu, but can still be her hardass self. Sad that her hardass self was reduced to one line before being regulated to the ABSOLUTE REAR of Kelly's. Tracy...wallflower? Nononono. Maybe she was looking for olives behind the counter. I HATE that outfit. Why does Tracy have African ceremonial robes, and why are they cut in the most horrible way ever? *sings* This show is a trainwreck...this show is a trainwreck....
  4. My theory on the condom (I never thought I would ever have reason to type that phrase)... It satisfies a number of things for the writers all at once: A. It gives the Quartermaines a story, without actually giving them any screentime. So they can answer any claims of "Hey Guza! You @#$%@#$&%&!!! Why are you ignoring the Q's? Why can't you take time away from the Sonny hour to give them a @%&#&# story!?!?" Guza: "Hey now! You want Q's? No problem. I've got this great Quartermaine story *coughplotpointcough* coming up off of the teen storyline. Turns out Dillon's defective condom...Dun-dun Dunnnnnnnn...was an ELQ condom. What will those crazy Q's do?" Cue one scene with Edward scolding Tracy for letting production values at the pharmaceutical plant go down. End of story. B. If Tracy is indeed CEO of ELQ, I had forgotten that (or maybe just didn't get the clips for that episode), it does the nice job of making the woman in power look stupid, setting back the women's rights movement 50 or 60 years. Silly woman...trying to run a business?!?! C. Guza can use this to make ELQ backrupt again, because by this point he's forgotten that he already did that a couple years ago, so this will seem like a new and novel idea to him. So it's your basic Guza ploy of giving the Q's as little screentime as possible for their storyline, combined with a nice nasty hit on their power, and effectiveness. He's betting that if he can either A. turn them into a joke, or B. put them offscreen until people forget about them, that he can slowly marginalize the entire family into oblivion. He's been doing it for years. He's succeeding. It's tragic. *also, makes note not to read MinervaFan's posts too fast, because one can definitely take the words 'smut' and "Tracy and Ned's Excellent Adventure" the wrong way in the same sentence.
  5. For the love of everyone here, where the hell is Tracy?!?! I'm going nuts. I think if Anna weren't on today, I might have tossed my tv through the window. I was so fed up I started writing fanfic...that is until my 8 year old computer crashed. I need a new system badly. Where in the world is Tracy? Is she hiding out with Carmen Sandiego? Is she on her lengthy annual Europeam summer vacation (...which, if you'll notice, always happens just as the teen story heats up and her son needs her most)? Why is it that the writers so blatantly ignore people who should be righfully and naturally a part of stories to include everyone, including the devil himself? Oh, maybe Tracy's busy overseeing construction of an electrically charged wire fence to keep rutting in the boathouse down to a minimum (and perhaps accidentally solve the problem of that pesky Willoughby mutt)? Maybe she really is a super secret agent and is keeping the world safe from ...really angry mutant cheese...while Anna is in town to give her daughter pep talks. Maybe she caught up to Luke and the marrieds are having a wild connubial encounter on some exotic island somewhere.... BUT WHY IS IT OFFSCREEN?!?!
  6. Keith and Ms. Q, good teamwork. Yes, the acronym stands for The Stupid Mother F****** Ruining My Show. Cyber kitchen appliances all around! Ms. Q, I hope everything is okay on the weather front. *waves back to ILoveTracyQ, I see your point. I wish I could hope for something more but they beat it out of me*
  7. That's the problem, GH is GH and TSMFRMS (figure it out) are still in charge, so there are very limited options for coupledom: a) not really a couple but two people with 'intruigue" (a la where LuNacy are right now) b)happy 'stable' couple, ie, well, no one now, but say...oldschool GQ, or Liz and Lucky from last year May (think...backburnered) c) on lots with cheating/fighting/lying/general misery (pick a couple now) d) broken up. This isn't the GH of a decade ago that supported long-term couples and relationships. Which is why I fear 'something'. YOU could make it entertaining. I could make it entertaining. The Labines with Patrick Mulcahy could make it VERY ENTERTAINING. A thousand monkeys...okay stopping. But these idiots...well, I don't trust them. It will either be backburning or destructive phase.
  8. ILoveTracyQ, I meant that normally, the way people have biological grandchildren is they have a kid first (biologically), and then this kid has a grandchild. Now, when your kids get together and create a biological grandchild for you, it kind of kills the mood for me. I firmly believe that, given enough time, Luke will come around and choose Tracy. It will be a little hollow, because Laura won't/can't be around, and the marriage ensures a tie anyway. I don't ever think that Luke would choose Tracy over an in-and-out catatonic Laura, simply because he would think she needs him, and also just because of the sheer amount of history and nostalgia. But an awake Laura, I would think she'd definitely have issues with Luke, the way he's brought up, or really hasn't brought up their children, and then that would bring back all of the problems the two of them had last go around, with Luke not wanting to settle down. I think, in that case, Luke might 'choose' Tracy as a confidant, and who knows where it could go from there... But, having said that, I am comfortable with Luke and Tracy going an infinite amount of time not 'officially' tied together, and just having touching little scenes from time to time. There's something different about it that I like. We all know that anything official, ie, a real marriage or relationship, is the kiss of death on a soap, so I'd much rather see Luke and Tracy as nothing together, with something behind it than something together with nothing behind it.
  9. *waves* Hey everyone!!! No TQ today. Teens yes, TQ no. Teen update today in 3...2...1....Dillon decided to grow up a bit and try to save his marriage. And he apologized to Lulu for flipping out on her about the lie and admitted his part in their, you know, step-incest, but he's still in love with Georgie, so they're over. So, now you don't have to watch. Re: Poll: I....*wince* I don't want to think about pregnant Lulu. First, the squick factor. And sure, that means Tracy and Luke get a biological grandchild, but it's the wrong sort of biological. Plus, I think Lulu's got some great adventures ahead of her if she can avoid being tied down, plus, I don't need Dillon tied to Lulu for life. Luke and Tracy, yes. Dillon and Lulu, no. Although it would make for some interesting force-bonding between Tracy and Lulu, what with her lack of current parental involvement, and Tracy's history of less than encouraging behaviour around pregnant women. And, I was scared that Lulu moving out of the Q's would mean less screentime for them, but...I don't think that's possible. Can the Q's have less than zero screentime? No? Then I don't care where the littlest homewrecker lives.
  10. angel2devil, I don't know if that reminds me of Tracy, but it sure as hell reminds me of me...hopefully for not much longer though. Note to self: download that song later. And also, nothing wrong with Bif Naked. Bif Naked rocks! My very first mosh pit ever was at a Bif Naked concert. /TMI MinervaFan, Barney fic was umm....maybe I was in the wrong mood. Perhaps I am too much in love with that time period on General Hospital to read any fic about it? I finally googled (or rather, tv.comed) this Quinn Redeker fellow you keep mentioning, and now I realize I know him as Rex Sterling from watching Y&R with my grandmother), so I can finally sleep at night. I liked Rex. But he's...well, a teensy bit old. Lane Davies is great...as long as he's allowed to play someone utterly evil...or at least somewhat evil and snarky. Didn't like him as Cameron Lewis, but then again, they never really gave him much to work with. It's maybe too soon for him to come back. Besides, you know they won't hire anyone FOR Jane, so that's moot anyway. Edit, Thank you Ms. Q for the FCW update. *haha* LOVE TR. I like that he doesn't have to suck up to the writers or producers because he's Robert Fricken Scorpio and he doesn't have to be doing this, and they know it. *sigh about WK* Sounds final to me. Reminds me of New Year's and the way Ned exited...there was something...I don't know...extra there. Maybe some bad blood. Who knows? But the character at least deserves to be mentioned in an exit story, considering the amount of family and friends Ned has in Port Charles.
  11. Re: Spoiler/Rumor Talk * * * * * * * * Patrick Mulcahy is one of the most gifted dialogue writers ever to grace soapoperadom. I was trying to google exactly what years he wrote for GH, but all I could come up with was that he was an associate head writer from 1998-1999, but he was writing for the show for longer than that, wasn't he? (I was still actually enjoying the show at that point so I had no interest in going online to examine who was responsible for killing my show yet). I also know that he wrote for Santa Barbara, and that NLG thinks he kicks tremendous ass. Someone with dates, give me the heads up. I just know that he's responsible for a lot of my favorite GH scenes. So, MinervaFan, just imagine what Jane could do with really good dialogue, given what she does with the tripe that the current writers often give her.
  12. Well the theory works until you get to AJ... I think the deal with the Quartermaines is that you're Golden until you do something other than what's expected of you. Tracy was 'expected' to be another Lila...a nice, gentle, debutante who dallied in charity work and married into another nice, rich, family. Unfortunately for her, she was another Edward, the perfect eager, savvy, cutthroat businessperson...the complete opposite. Alan didn't do what was expected of him either, but he did something acceptable. He's a doctor and the chief of staff at the hospital...and he has had a lot of help keeping his indescretions private, whereas Tracy's image seems to have been besmirched from early on in her childhood. She was painted the bad seed first, the black sheep, the family shame, and image is everything to the Quartermaines. You get your first impression, and you have it for life. Same with AJ and Jason. From early on, Jason was painted the golden boy, and AJ the black sheep. Jason, the freakin' hitman is still the golden boy, leaving AJ to self-fulfill his prophecy as the black sheep because nothing he ever did could change his image except for the worse. Same with Emily. Most of the family still sees her as a 12-year-old innocent orphan girl, despite mounting evidence to the contrary. Same with Ned and Dillon, but to a different extent, because as Tracy's children, all they ever were supposed to be was backup and challengers for Alan's kids. That was their role. They were supposed to challange Alan's kids for roles in the family company. Ned was pretty golden in Edward's eyes until he met Lois, and started reprioritising around his wife and musical career, both of which weren't expected of him. They've all but ignored Dillon for being weird. Just my two cents. And speaking of Ned... SPUMOR TALK AHEAD.... * * * * * * * * * Apparently Wally is up for a big role on ATWT, so if he gets it I wonder how they will write Ned out? I sincerely hope it's not another Quartermaine death...and what I can only imagine would be another offscreen funeral, which would just sicken me because Ned has so many friends in this town, and so many important characters would have to impossibly return for an onscreen funeral. Maybe they'll just have him move away to spend time with his daughter or go on tour or something. Maybe they'll just do nothing and he'll be perpetually away on business. In any case, I at least want another Tracy/Ned scene before he goes, if he goes. There should be some closure to their relationship before he leaves. God, it's so depressing being a Quartermaine fan these past few years.
  13. No Tracy today. So good news if GH didn't tape, terrible news for the rest of us. Teens were on though, albeit minus her fabulousness' sage wisdom. Good scenes with the teens...and you don't always get to say that. GH has quite the good young acting cast. I was impressed with all of them today. So, possibly worth it if you want to keep up with that end of TQ's storyline. Other than that, mostly a wash unless you like Robin and Patrick, and Noah, who's kinda cute when he smiles. Oh, Edit because I forgot to have my say about Mr. Hornsby. I have vague recollections of him, actually. You know, I really just don't trust GH. Paul Satterfield was right when he said that if he were brought back, he would only be Dillon's dad. Guza...isn't really a big pusher of family. He'll abuse it every once and a while and have a 'family' themed show, where they drag out various members of the over 40 set of the cast...but they are there primarily as glorified sounding boards to the younger set. And if 'Dillon's dad' is there, they will have less use for 'Dillon's mom'. Sure, there will be initial drama when he comes back, but after the initial month or so, they'll go with the novel, and ignore Tracy. Look at the precedent. Does Noah not basically exist for Patrick? Emily moves out of the house and Monica and Alan disappear. Lucas disappears and where the hell is Bobbie. She's Carly's mom, but Carly gets propped by everyone else (freakin' even Helena the other day), so Bobbie isn't needed. Even when they brought Brooke Lynn back for Ned...I was elated that they were giving him a story, and then they brought back that thing that called herself Lois, and that thing nudged Ned out of his own damned story, which is what will happen if Paul comes back to GH.
  14. I'm a coming...I'm a coming... (Sorry, was catching up on all the week's posting...I really have to make a point of coming here on a daily basis...perhaps when my internet kicks in so I don't have to steal from my neighbour's wireless network) I don't know if it's my rabid idolization of Tracy acting up again, or if Jane has been getting the one good writer on this storyline, or the writers are trying to apologize to us for the sparing and disrespectful way that they use Tracy, but the dialogue for her has been kicking ass lately. It's...deep...and....insightful...and....not 2-d cartoon villain territory. Loved today's scenes. Not as fond of the jacket as some. I believe I may have wrapped a few Christmas presents in that last year. (It was...inordinately boxy, too.) Still with the pretty curls though. I like that Tracy isn't part of the clueless parents of PC posse. It's nice that, although she can be an absentee parent much of the time, that when she's there, she's in tune with what's going on, and can pick up on things pretty easily. I feel sorry though, that apparently one of her sons is an idiot, and needs things spelled out for him in big neon letters. I really really like this connection with Lulu. They will never touch on the real parental issues that are common to both of them, but I think they're there in the acting subtext. I also really like Tracy's description of Georgie. "Mayonnaise" is such a perfect word for Tracy to use to refer to Georgie, but you can also tell that there's immense respect there for Georgie's loyalty to Dillon, despite all of Tracy's (and many others') attempts to break them up. I also like how she said that just as that loyalty was about to end. I find it interesting that both Tracy's and Edward's concerns seem to lie predominently with Lulu. And if there was some sort of contention between Dillon and Lulu, which there very well may be soon, I honestly wonder if Dillon may find himself friendless in the Q mansion. (Especially considering Alan, Monica, and Ned seem to have disappeared from the surface of the planet). Edited to add that I love Ms Q's banner! And congrats on number 600! And congrats to Keith on his fictitious breadmaker! Edited again in thanks for the posting of the clips a couple pages back, because I couldn't find the kidnapping clips for the life of me!
  15. I didn't want to reply until I saw the whole thing. Missed the first third of the show today, because apparently my clock is 15 minutes slow....Grr. Not a lot of Tracy goodness quantity-wise, but it's always high quality. From what I gather, there are three segments, maybe 4 if they got a quick scene in before the opening credits. Dillon is a pig. Really, that's all I've got to say about him. Just, such an an ass, and he's really lucky that he has a mother who cares for him enough to want to hear about how he really feels, and cares enough to want what's best for him, even if it's something she doesn't necessarily want for him. There's another scene with Robert today, where she tracks him down afterward outside of Kelly's to see how it went. Oh, should mention that Kelly's is closed and Georgie and Diego are out on a date, inside. Great reaction to that, by the way. Lots of people hanging out outside Kelly's after it closes... I thought that was pretty contrived and stupid, but whatever. You'll see. Robert seems very intruigued with the wisdom of 'Sparky'. It's nice having one person around who doesn't dismiss and trash Tracy before she opens her mouth. No agenda either. I'm digging it. Seems like no teen set tomorrow, and no teen set means no Tracy.
  16. Well, the Tracy parts are good... the rest is...pure torture. ;D (Here be spoiler monsters for today's ep...)\ * * * * Hair is lovely. Still with the bit of a curl and the auburn color, which I think is very flattering. Good makeup too. Wardrobe still provided by Chao Ming's Exotic curtain emporium, but the colors go nicely with the new hair color and the makeup, so it's okay. I LOVED her reaction to finding Dillon and Lulu together. So perfect. Just disgusted...as am I, but concerned for not only Dillon's spikey little complacent head, but for Lulu's as well. And our girl finally did what no one has had the sense to do for years, and put a damned lock on the boathouse. If she'd only have done that years ago, we would have been spared all of the horrible boathouse sex scenes of recent years. But OMG! I just want to smack Dillon's stupid, oversexed, smug, complacent little hyperactive face. Lulu's as well, but geez, Dillon acts like he didn't do anything wrong. Sleeping with your virgin stepsister while you're still married to get back at your wife...I mean, that's Jerry Springer territory. Prepare to love Robert. Screw Luke. If he doesn't want to hang around, RACY ALL THE WAY! I loved their scenes today. Robert is still bumbling, embarassing, Inspector Gadget Robert, but at least the two are entertaining together. And he rightfully wanted nothing to do with it, which is good....because why would he? But our girl changes his mind, and watch the look on her face at the moment he does change his mind. Cracks. Me. Up. This face must be made into animated icon form. And what he said to Lulu about Tracy...seriously, I think we may have to build a damn shrine to the man....or possibly the one good writer who was on dialogue duty for that scene today. I mean, the rest of the show SUCKED, but it was worth it for that little insight as to what Robert thinks of Tracy. AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAnd....MORE TRACY TOMORROW!!!! WHEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!!!! Party at Tracy central! Edited to wave at LaineyBev714...great minds thing alike!
  17. Keith, I LOVED the hair! (Makeup on this show needs some serious work...but I loved the hair). I like the bit of the curl, just enough. Very pretty, very classy, and I wouldn't mind seeing it again at all. MinervaFan, watch, WATCH! I promise you the Lunacy scenes won't disappoint. For everything else, your mileage may vary. A lot. Edited to wave back at ILoveTracyQ!
  18. Great show today, wasn't it? (this is your cue to pass this post if you haven't yet seen today's show...) I missed like the first 10 minutes of it, but I think I caught all of the LuNacy scenes. How freakin' wonderful they are together, and dare I say it, they gave me a small glimmer of hope. Just sitting there, watching them talk, how could it not be more obvious how right they are for each other, and how miserable Luke and Laura ended up being together? And the kisses! KISSES! Just...awwww... I have no words, but I was extremely happy with the whole episode, even though Laura is coming back...it seems there could still be a lot of room for Tracy after all. Anyone else want to be extremely happy with me?
  19. Good morning everyone! Long time no see! Now that I'm not working like a dog, I have time to gab about my favorite soap diva, and I guess write letters, because they are sorely needed, I think. I just don't think that Laura's return, moreover her short return, should preclude any of Tracy's storyline...Mind you, it WILL, because those are the kinds of writers we have...if anything needs to be sacrificed, it's going to be a Quartermaine. Smart writers would take GF's return and bolster Tracy and Luke's relationship, so there is DRAMA of sorts when Laura comes back...but nooo, Laura coming back means Tracy gets dropped, and not likely in a well-covered onscreen capacity either. She'll probably storm off to Europe to sulk. No LuNacy probably means Eddie Q has nothing to do, or for that matter, the rest of the Quartermaines...almost to the point where they can write them all off en masse...minus Emily and Jason...sometime this fall. I'm not saying it will happen, and I'm not trying to depress anyone, but I can see it happening, in which case I think I may have to start my own soap. Just think of all the talent GH has dropped or marginalized over the past few years...it would be the best soap cast ever. But we have some hope at least that Laura is temporary...although no doubt they will try to woo Genie Francis back for longer in some sort of godawful recurring status that they have suckered all the vets into, so they can dupe viewers into tuning in every day on the off chance they will actually get to see their vet faves, only to be disappointed. Good on Jane though if they have tried to sucker her into the same and she's not biting. Ms. Q (Love the banner, by the way), I don't really know that I've ever really cringed at any Tracy scenes, because I tend to enjoy the over-the-top kind of scenes once and a while. I consider them soap kitsche. They have to happen, and as I'm sort of endeared by them. Now, catch me on the wrong day, and say "I WANT MY MOMMY!!!" might rub me the wrong way, but if anything, Jane will cartoonishly overact, and I can handle that much better than underacting, acting inappropriately, or not acting at all, because at least it's comic and you're getting some entertainment value. Anyway, don't give up people! What happens, happens. But we can enjoy the divine Miss Q while she's on, and if she's not on, I am sure we will enjoy Jane somewhere else.
  20. ...still not here... It does that because the person who made the mp3 screwed up the timestamp on the file. If it's a three minute song followed by two minutes of silence, just trim it like you would a video clip. Click on the audio clip once you've put it on your timeline, then click on the handle at the right side of the song, and drag it back towards the middle to the point where the song ends. /visibility *sigh* still no time to watch GH...
  21. *ducks in wearing sunglasses* I am not here...you do not see my name...I never was here... I ummm...have some clippage that Ms. Q wanted... June 23, 2005 (Geez...almost a year ago) Clip 1 Clip 2 Clip 3 (Disclaimer: those may not actually be in chronological order, but I'm sure you can figure it out?) June 24, 2005 Clip 1 Unless, I'm mistaken, that's it? *vanishes in puff of smoke*
  22. Geez...do you people EVER stop posting?!?! MinervaFan, Love the icons. Saw them at lj first (2 or 3 times in a row on my friends page, *lol*) but lj for some reason wouldn't let me reply to any of them, so I'll tell you here, I love them, especially the "You can still be with the Wizard" one. I like the glow you put on it. The quotes are from Wicked, yes? Not a lot of musical theatre for me to see in Korea, but I gave the soundtrack a good listen once, and the book is on my reading list. I definitely see where the storyline applies. Also, I saw Never Mind, very nice vid. Especially good for a first vid. You have a good natural sense of timing clips with music and I think a pretty good sense that motion and emotion are the key to a video. At least, that's what I always say is important, that and clip to lyric. You have nothing to quake about. Ms Q, Thanks for the date, I'll go looking for it...it's not on my harddrive, but I'll check my backup cds. I do save them to cd. It's SUPER easy, assuming you have a cd burner attached to your computer. Just open the cd burning program of your choice, and make a data cd, add all the clips that you want to burn, and then burn. Now, granted, this won't work in your dvd player, but it will at least get them off of your harddrive so that your computer will go faster than a snail in molasses. Actually, in December, I just gave up and bought another external harddrive because I download so freakin' much tv. And I consider the icons and mvid a present for my three seconds of mouse clicks that made the Alan .wav file. bellcurve, thanks so much for the fake Quartermaine Party clip. I still haven't watched, mostly because I think it would give me very sad images of what the Q's would be like if they were recast and I don't put it past TIIC, but I am slowly working up the courage. How many parts were there in all? I got the first one...and this is the last one, but all seems to imply that I've missed some clips somewhere along the way. Little help? ILoveTracyQ, I hate you (just kidding). I have yet to write anything either...well, that's not true...I have lots of half-started, half-finished things, but my imagination and my vocabulary don't seem to mesh well these days , so I'm in the same boat as you...although if I could project my thoughts directly into the computer, I'm sure everyone would be impressed. I want to at least attempt to finish something this week, or possibly...I don't know...read some of the fanfics I have missed and review them, but the next challenge seems really interesting, so I'll definitely have something ready for that.
  23. Hideli-ho neighbourinos! Ms Q, Thank you for the Electra Woman webiste...my god that was spectacularly bad. MinervaFan, I don't think you can save the video unless you have QuickTime Pro installed on your computer. Granted, it's not all that hard to find a pirated version (but that would be illegal! *cough*). I am still looking for that clip from October...(why oh why is everything so disorganized?!?). Was it October 11th after Tracy got back from kidnapping and Luke and Tracy were having breakfast together? What color was the jacket really? Tracy's jacket was green in those scenes, and I'm thinking they're a match because Luke is wearing his black dress shirt...although I am missing one clip from that date, which is probably the kiss. I will look for the first kiss as well from June. In the meantime, to hold you over, I present you with... Lunacy talk about sex (Just ignore Skye's faces and focus on the Lunacy goodness) and Damn you, Luke Spencer! in .wav format (ahhh...so bad and yet so funny. I love SD! *giggles* I think we should try to make that take off as a very popular catch phrase...) Oh, and MinervaFan, I can't believe I haven't told you already, at least about the first one you made, but I LOVE the icons. Very nice. Make more. Now. Please?
  24. MinervaFan... Thanks for telling me that those scenes in fact do come with audio...I guess I was having audio issues when I watched it after I downloaded it. I went to replay them and they have SOUND...and weird sci fi background music, but most importantly SOUND!!! About the Coleman scenes, there is a scene with Luke and Tracy discussing umm... sexual preferences (It's hysterical...I can upload it if you want...) before the scene where she chews up Skye, but she's wearing that weird black...I don't even know what to call it. And then the day before where she's wearing the white, there was no kissing. That was the day where she called a judge because she had photographic evidence of Luke and Skye kissing, but somehow the photo got switched with one Skye and Luke had photoshopped Lorenzo into. It makes absolutely no freakin' sense, but I can also upload that if you want. I'm trying to remember what scene you might be referring to. Any help from the peanut gallery? Luke kissing Tracy in white? A general date range or storyline? I don't seem to remember that one. ... ... About the Days stuff...I only came upon Wally and Jane as son and mother on GH, so I can't even really imagine them any other way, but I know there are clips out there of the two of them way back on Days...somewhere. I think they were posted on a Jen/Jack messageboard, and I came a week too late and they had expired. Anyone have clips? I'd love to watch and grimace and hide my head.
  25. MinervaFan... The Edward heart attack clips, courtesy of Dragonfly: Clip 1 Clip 2 Clip 3 no sound (booo!), but Jane's not very hard to lipread (yay for enunciation!) The Monica/Tracy fountain snippet was just from another montage from GH's 35th Anniversary episode. It's in a sequence about the Quartermaines. If you want I can upload it for you, but there's not incredible amounts of Tracy in it. And thanks for the video praise. It's my favorite that I've done ever...not that I've done anything since. *kicks laptop* Spoiler Gabbery * * * * * * * * * * * Tracy on the island in an adventure storyline with Robert and Anna and Luke would just be about the best thing ever on the planet. Granted, knowing the SMFIC, she'll just be there for laughs at Tracy's expense, but damnit, I am hoping for more.
