Members YRfan23 Posted January 17, 2014 Members Share Posted January 17, 2014 The very first time I heard one being done was for Eric Martsolf taking over for Ethan on Passions.....they never did any voiceovers prior to that, so it weirded me out a little......of course they continued using them after, but for some reason I don't think they did one for Charles Divins when he took over for Chad..... I'm sure we will hear one for Billy when David Tom returns on Y&R....... Have other soaps ever announced that they were welcoming back so and so to the role?......I watched some clips of Andrea Evans return as Tina in the 80's and they did that?
