Chrome has been a problem for at least a month -- until today, when I cleared the cache on Chrome. Looks like that solved the problem.

I tried that on the recommendation of the AI program Claude. I went to AI because all of a sudden I couldn't sign into my Xfinity account on Chrome.

When the clearing worked on Xfinity, I tried it on SON, and it worked. Just passing this along in case anyone else has the same Chrome problem.

Yes, clearing the cache is something one should do often for every browser they use. Sorry you had issues with Xfinity, but I'm glad it helped trigger a solution to your connection issues at SON.
