A cute little moment with Jan and Ashley.

I love this version of Silk Press Sheila.

SHUT UP, MARTIN!!!! You are already proving Kat's fears right. You should know her better than that.

YES to Kat's POV. Everyone wants to talk revenge, but it was KAT who wanted to call a truce at one point. But I guess we are just going to act like that didn't happen on screen.

MVJ definitely needs to slow down with her unwarranted fascination with Jon Lindstrom - the character is awfully written, but there is nothing interesting about Lindstrom’s performance either. Frankly

Im disgusted with how everyone is treating Kat. She has a right to choose what she wants to with HER OWN body

Isaiah was a complete prick to Kat today. I wouldn’t help Eva just on principle after the way Martin and Isaiah have talked to her.

Nice to see that is the SECOND time Kat has emphasized that she does not wish Eva dead.

You know what? FRAK YOU, MARTIN.

I had to giggle at Ted saying to Izaiah about not wanting negative energy around Eva given I am a spiritual person myself who just took a walk earlier for the same reason.

Awwww Nicole.

Awww poor SilkPress.

Good Ted/Kat scene. And awww not Kat just feeling like parts. Which given how this show treats her...REAL.

So Kial is just a cameo today? Just smh.

So Jan and Ashley (with a little bit of Grayson) is C plot. I don't mind that at all.

Oh, we are going there? Okay then. Loving Silk Press Sheila opening up. Having a POV. Not being a cartoon. It would be nice if this was the start of a (temporarily) turn in her character. Only for her to THEN get her comeuppance.

Ooooo not Katherine!

Great Ted/Kat scene to end the episode.

Wouldnt it be hilarious of the tornado destroyed the work that was done on Leslie's shouse?

Lol. Now THAT would be true karma.

Kat did bring up everything that Eva has done, so it's not like her only issue is having major surgery. She also was ready to put Andre up to being tested and to object to Martin being tested so there is an element of selfishness in this plot.

I don't think it's selfish when you know that the people around you are going to think you were responsible for something happening to someone everyone knows you don't like...which the show showed Kat expressing aloud last week. And as soon as she got there...concerned...they immediately attacked her. Thus, Kat's first showing of her saying that she don't like Eva, but she didn't wish her dead.

I see nothing wrong with her. Being a living donor isn't something to take lightly as its still major surgery and there is the risk for longterm complications to the donor. Why would she compromise her own health for someone that she hates and hates her as well? She doesnt want to be put in the position to even have to answer that question and I dont think she's wrong in wanting no parts of this. I dont think its fair for people to label her as selfish for taking that stance

I was thinking that too.

Yeah, I understand her not wanting to have surgery, she has been scared of medical stuff before and that is a huge ask, but she shouldn't have tied it up in all her judgments about Eva when she has been crying "I would do anything so that she doesn't die!" or whatever. It makes her look fake. I feel like she should go home and google liver transplants to inform herself of the risks instead of hanging around the hospital. You can't get your kudos for sitting vigil hoping she's ok and then twiddle your thumbs while everyone else is desperately getting tested. She doesn't love Eva like the others do, and that's ok, but she needs to go sit with Nicole and process her feelings.

-- Stellar acting today from so many. I don't think I've seen an episode of this soap where so many actors did incredible work.

-- This was Lami's best work since he joined the show. Not a false note about any of it. Just outstanding.

-- Daphnee Duplaix continues to shine. Trisha Mann-Grant has been really good and as I've said before, I love the turn away from the cartoon writing for Leslie.

-- Colby Nixon has been amazing. Under a lesser actor, all we'd see is a spoiled and selfish brat. I think Colby has brought MUCH more to the role than that, and I understand where she is.

-- Keith D. Robinson was also terrific, especially in Ted's talk with Kat. His "Do it for me" to Kat will turn her around, I think. He nailed it.

-- A great script allowed these actors to shine. Kudos to Slater and Tate.

Great acting today. This was the first time I ever felt anything from NuTed. Colby was good today too. Everyone was. In terms of TMG she did great, but I couldn't help thinking how effective it would have been with some scoring and interesting camera angles, Bill Bell style, instead of playing it so matter of factly. It is hard to emote like that when you're getting nothing back from the comatose actor (Ambyr does coma really well btw).

Her concern for her health is not selfishness which is why I framed the other things as the element of selfishness in the plot.

I think that ANY soap these days would benefit from Bill Bell’s magic touch…especially and ironically Y&R. 😏
