Well, I see the wacka wackas have started to creep into story again. CVE and his writing tics. Le sigh.

Pascal makes me long for the times when we had characters like Celeste to be the eccentric henchperson to the supervillains.

Now why we have to bring Celeste into this? Lol. But as everyone knows, if there is anything I love, love, LOVE on my soaps, it's the villain's FEMALE henchwoman (excluding the one Brennan had). Pascal is just some creepy little worm that Anna should have killed ages ago and that the writers just happen to like because they have to have some slapsticky 'humor' in there for kicks.

The character of Pascal, in general, was clearly a choice. And not a very good one.

Same.

I don't even quite know how we were meant to take that scene. He was so insanely camp Wayland Flowers and Madame would sit him down and ask him where his life is going.

I hollered when I read this.

Still, I kind of like how Wyndemere is now populated entirely by campy overactors, to the point that Lucas is now the most straight-acting man living there.

I do admit that I do like that Wyndemere definitely has a vibe again.

I guess it was implied that he had a crush on him? I couldn't really tell because Pascal made Van look subtle yesterday.

Yeah, it seem everyone picked up on it here, BUT me. I just thought he was creepy and snobby. And I know Marco made that comment once that he thought he had a crush on him and that was why Pascal was being a way with Lucas. However, I didn't think that the writers were going to run with it. I guess given their 'humor' I shouldn't be shocked, but I still just smh.

I guess if anything came out of it...since I'm arriving at Marco death scenes as I type...it's the irony of Marco being dead due to Pascal actually...the person that crushed on him.

Today's episode was so boring. Hilarious at how so much happened off camera, Danny's fight, Laura's press conference, Marco's funeral, etc; it was starting to feel like an episode of Beyond the Gates. Maybe GH should have done Beyond the Gates one better and had the whole episode take place off camera, canning it.
