I just started watching again and one of the few highlights are Carson and Raven! Wow!

Wow! Not any of the characters I would dump. I can actually see recasting a few of them, but Raven Bowens is probably the actress/character I will miss the most.

How exactly do you “balance the show’s history” by writing out two legacy characters and their significant others??

I hate these new writers so much. Why get rid of the next generation??? They are probably trying to trim the budget to bring back Bo & Hope and I think that would be a big mistake.

I think a lot of people BTS need to be sent packing, starting with them.

I have a very bad feeling that two of these characters are going to be killed off permanently; considering how Johnny is worried about Chanel's high risk pregnancy, I actually won't be surprised if Chanel dies from complications of childbirth and Johnny ends up leaving town heartbroken with their baby and maybe Trey/Tesoro and Tate has some sort of violent altercation with Sophia that results in him either getting injured or killed. With Tate gone, Brady can focus all of his attention on Rachel, especially if she ends up getting SORASed to a teenager at some point.

She should go to GH as nüTrina, and reset the role. And cast cuts needed to be made; cutting four at once, especially in that generation, is giving me 2012 when Matthew Ashford, Sarah Joy Brown, Christie Clark, and Patrick Muldoon were all cut at once.

All four characters' storylines became very stale. Johnny and Chanel especially had zero to no story or just the repetitive want-a-baby story. It's a shame Carson's acting never improved.

The hotness of the Boatman and Howard will be missed.

Raven and Ashley were great finds; it's too bad they were wasted.

Leo and Ashley ????? Like what the actual F?

And it didn’t need to be that way. There were, and still are, so many story opportunities for both couples

Trina does not need recast, they just need to get her away from boring pointless Kai

But, due to the show’s advance production schedule, the departures of the stars won’t take place on-screen until late 2026 or early 2027.
