At the very least, put the damn wedding online to stream. There’s also a General Hospital FAST channel that cycles through the same episodes from like 7 years ago that nobody cared about then or now. There’s literally no way to slot classic episodes in there for a just a week or weekend? These people act like classic soaps are poison.

The easiest path would be having Luke’s body recovered, allowing the show to re-honor the character and actor.

Monica’s tribute happened months after her actual passing, same with Bobbie. Give them time to deal with Robert and Lesley.

Luke's already dead and has been for a while, why would they need to need to recover his body to honor him? What for another memorial? Thats depressing especially as you mention, there's been quite a few of those recently and in the pipeline.

They can honor Luke by doing something to celebrate his birthday. Have that come up and several characters get sentimental and think and talk about him throughout the episode

As Errol mentioned in another post, the 45th anniversary of the wedding is in 2026. That would be a fitting time to remember Luke and that anniversary. Although Geary himself, while proud of what they did, also did not want that clip to be the one thing always played about his work as Luke. There are better scenes, but not ones that resonate with the nostalgia of the audience or importance of the genre. They both seem to have more fondness for the Wyndhams scene if a classic clip is going to be used.

Please nothing Wyndams. I don't want to see the location of the rape scene!

That's not where Laura was raped.

I was confusing the nightclub and Wyndhams, sorry. Not the same set at all, of course. I guess I just don't want reminders of their pairing.

I would much prefer to see Tony's acting featured. Scenes with JJ's Lucky. Luke/Robert scenes. Luke/Bobbie scenes. Maybe even a scene with Helena.

I loathed the Luke/Laura pairing. Loathed it. I don't want to see it again. If they show some of the Luke/Laura stuff, I can simply choose not to watch those days.
