But I assume the Jacinda actress is probably much cheaper.

And equally pointless to me.

I liked Jacinda giving it back to Drew yesterday. Honestly Iove anyone that doesn’t care about his threats. Hated that her first instinct was to run though.

As Ms. Leakes would say...she's weak, hunni. 😜

Count me in as someone else who's not too sure about Michael and the hooker

I would take Kristina and the sex performance artist

Is there really no place for Lois on canvas?

Did Ronnie fire the Quartermaine security? Why is Drew comfortably in the house chilling?

I know she's a placeholder, but still...just nail on a chalkboard.

It’s the only thing she has done since this return that I found remotely entertaining. Drew can’t out scum her! I still think Rory deserves a stronger actress for a pairing though.

Drewfus is almost to hateful for a long-term villian

He lacks complexity, and I think a good partner in crime to discuss his plots with like Celeste with Stefano on DAYS would help. But I also see comments like this and wonder what modern soap fans would make of other longstanding villainous characters. Roger Thorpe raped Holly and Rita, and when he came back to the show was always an antagonist until GL fired Zaslow. On GH Scotty came back during Luke & Laura’s wedding and was a scheming bastard until about a year before he left in the early 90’s. Tracy was fine letting her father die of a heart attack over his will, and in her second run pulled many petty schemes off, and also ran down Jenny (nobody seems too upset about that one though)! Drew hasn’t even come close yet!

Until they invest in actual all-new contract characters for Michael, they're not taking him seriously as a major lead. A second dayplayer hooker is embarrassing. All because Frank doesn't want to fire more people he likes or rock the boat.

Le sigh...Celeste and Stefano...

But I agree. He really does lack complexity. At least the shooting didn't soften him, but it's not helping Drew's case either. He might turn up shot again.

-- GH has a lot going for it, but I am so frustrated with one new plot/story after another while no other story gets wrapped or even partially wrapped. We end up with stories that are either in limbo or dropped completely -- all over the place.

-- The same thing happens with couples. We see possible romantic partners circling each other ENDLESSLY, never really getting anywhere. It's teasing to the nth degree, and it's ridiculous.

Yeah, I was mentioning that a few weeks ago...the one sticking point for me as of late has been...how these writers write romance. Or to be specific...NOT write. Cuz...where ARE the couple? Once in a blue moon, they get it right...but again...ONCE IN A BLUE MOON.
