HAHA at how Hayley cant stand Caroline

It’s hysterical because I actually really liked them as friends and wanted more of it, whole time Hayley been playing in all our faces 😂

I think Hayley is freaking out because she can see what's going down with Bill and Dani and realizes she may have a narrowing window.

This is exactly it. The man was literally making out with the ex wife he claims to be over, in the middle of his office.

I should have been tipped off when she always seemed the most insightful anytime Bill was acting deceitful

Michele Val Jean has pitched us several clues since February that Hayley's goal was strictly bilking Big Bill out of his money.

As you pointed out, the way she acted when he was deceitful was a big clue.

But the BIGGEST CLUE was the show's steadfast refusal to show Hayley's point of view at any time.  We know that the "A-List Characters" on the show are Dani and Nicole.  We were constantly given a point-of-view from Leslie (the demon who broke-up Nicole's marriage).  Leslie's been everywhere, telling us exactly what she thinks about everyone and everything.  On the other hand, aside from an occasional movie night with Caroline, there's been ZERO insight into what Hayley is thinking.   Posters here on the board have even commented about it:  "For someone who opened the show and is now married to Bill, we know NOTHING about Hayley.  No family, no friends, no discussions with herself in the mirror.  Zilch.  The writers have really dropped the ball here."

Seemed pretty clear that was an intentional choice, and they'd be dropping the bomb on us eventually.  I assumed all along she was stealing from the college fund Bill established for her "pregnancy ruses".  There was so much discussion about the college fund (a rarity to hear that discussed on television) and Bill's large deposits to the growing education fund, and I always suspected that's why she was so blatantly faking a pregnancy and a miscarriage. I assumed she'd fake one or two more of those, and then skip town.  The large life insurance policy was a big surprise to me.

I wonder what her real name is. 😈

And who knows... maybe underneath that act and "persona" that she is playing... she is a polished minimalist that hates animal prints?!

😁 I hope they keep her tacky.

Naaaah lol

but I think DAYS is the only US soap that has gone this far with it, for better or worse re: their character choice.

You’re right.

Too bad the storylines were absolutely horrendous though 😂

I can't believe I'm dreading that it's Friday and that there would be a weekend meaning no new episodes. In these 8 months BTG won me... lost me... and got me again. And now I can honestly say... that even with all their flaws and little perks (and sometimes just because)... I love the show. The final verdict is in for me. I hope we have this show for years and years to come. We as a soap community have to do everything we can to ensure it's survival. The more we talk about it... the better. We live in the age of virality. If something is talked about... it's usually more commercially successful than things that nobody else is even criticizing. So positive, critical... nitpicking (as some have put it) - it's all helping boost the popularity. After all... if something is irrelevant, nobody would talk about it. 💜

The Hamilton Widow - unfiltered. 😂

I was living for this. It was such a contrast from the other scenes we got with Hayley and Caroline, so it definitely highlighted how she was playing a role.

While I personally would have liked if they had hinted at Hayley's deception a little more heavily without still giving it away in the earlier episodes, I do believe this was planned from the beginning. I always thought that Hayley's acting choices felt like she was "acting" if that makes sense. There was always something about the way she behaved around Bill and I always felt that about the actress. Every time she was being cute or sensual with Bill it felt like a wife trying to play her man with sex. At the time, I thought Hayley was codidn't think Hayley was going to turn into some Killer Mistress tho. Yet, now that we had the reveal, her choices make sense.

I’m so happy to see you’ve come around again. You were one of the most excited posters about the show originally and seeing you get so disenchanted with the show was sad so I’m glad it’s working for you again. For me I’ve watched so much bad soap opera over the years, that even the growing pains the show was having still kept me hanging on as the other two CBS soaps are pretty unwatchable 😂

I actually feel worse for Caroline than I do Bill 😂
