I was indifferent to this recast, but seeing how annoying Robert Adamson has been on Insta since Charlie Kirk's shooting, I'm at least happy he wasn't brought back.

Should see him on X, too.

I miss Robert Adamson. He was a fabulous Noah. He was probably the only Noah I really liked to be honest. Also, R.I.P to Charlie Kirk. What an awful tragedy.

I don’t really need Noah to be gay. We have Mariah, and if we brought back Fen that would be another opportunity for a gay storyline.i just don’t understand why we can’t expand further on all these young characters and bring up the new generation to carry this show. We can’t rely on Victor, Phyllis, Nick, Sharon, Adam, Jack etc to push storyline forever on this show (as much as I love my vets and always will want them to be apart of it in some capacity).

This is been a complaint of mine for a long time now. There is almost no "young" in the The Young and the Restless at this point. There's no struggling up and comers that are restless. Everyone is middle-aged and older and already rich. It's such a snore. There needs to be representation for all generations if there's a future for this show. You can feature your vets while preparing the next generation of leads.

I don’t even know if the show thinks about their future beyond the current renewal and most of their vets seem to still be in good health, so why change a thing. It’s maddening.

Noah, Reed, Faith, Moses, Charlie, Mattie, Fen, Ana, Allie just some of the young and possibly restless characters of the next generation.

That's cuz JG is allegric to writing to a younger cast it seems. It's quite annoying given how much potential has popped in during his run.

Now that I finally got to sit down for a Y&R not connected to the Danny/Chris wedding...I actually liked LA in the role. I was surprised. He is giving Noah so far for me in spite of myself.

Now when is Allie coming back?
