I wish we could vote for flashbacks. I would vote for the one from 1998 when Danny was trying to win her heart and got her a large stuffed animal in the shape of a cricket. Christine was...less than thrilled.

Hah, a flashback I'd like to see is 1988 when Cricket had a kissing booth and the guys had to compete for her. That's when Scott and Chase were in the mix. I think I read Danny got dunked. (And these things were shown, not just talked about!) There was a very low quality clip floating around.

ANOTHER episode of two character scenes...Billy and Sally, Cane and Victor, Michael and Lauren. At least with Jack and Diane, they threw in Kyle.

The Cane/Victor scenes are the worst.. We're supposed to see them as Succession-like power and greatness, but they're just sad. Eric Braeden looks like he's about to expire while he sits on that train chair.

This ends my one month experiment. Tracking sets for 4 weeks of September. Here's the set usage for this week:

Mon., 9/22:    Crimson Lights /  Society / Train / Abbotts  -- 4 sets

Tues., 9/23:   Crimson Lights / Society / Jazz Lounge -- 3 sets

Wed., 9/24:   Society / Jazz Lounge / Park  -- 3 sets

Thurs., 9/25:  Society / The Abbotts / Cane's Train / Park -- 4 sets

Fri., 9/26:  Cane's Train / The Newmans / Jazz Lounge / Abbotts / GCAC Bedroom -- 5 sets

For the week:

4 days  -- Society

3 days -- The Abbotts / Jazz Lounge / Cane's Train

2 days -- Park / Crimson Lights

1 day -- The Newmans / GCAC Bedroom

In FOUR FULL WEEKS, only 12total sets have been used.  Only 8 were used this week.

Here's the running total for all 4 weeks (20 episodes):

16 days -- Society

14 days -- Crimson Lights

11 days --  Park

10 days -- The Abbotts

8 days -- Cane's Train

7 days -- Billy's Place

3 days -- Victor's office / Adam's office / The Newmans / Jazz Lounge

1 day -- Photo studio / GCAC Bedroom (tight shot of a bed and 2 walls)

Left unsaid is that many of these sets featured 2 seated characters having a conversation -- no movement, no energy. Completely static.

@ranger1rg Thanks for that. Interesting analysis.

So the GCAC seems to have disappeared. I thought it was a permanent set?

I get the feeling they are making space for some new sets for the upcoming LA story.

I don't understand how it all works eg they can use 5 sets in one episode, but only 3 on other days.

Hope this set discussion doesn't result in a mean girl GIF response!

I also noticed the GCAC hotel room is gone. All of the homeless GC denizens shared that room, so now they're double homeless. They must all sleep in the park or at Crimson Lights. And that just about kills everyone's sex life too.

Society makes its glorious comeback, but Abby is nowhere to be found. Ouch!

I can't believe 12 sets in a month, GH can easily go through that many in a day.

Is Crimson Lights just one of the "cheaper" old sets that are still around? I'm just curious cause sometimes I would think they would do away with that set....maybe for selfish reasons that's just wishful thinking because I've never totally been a fan of that set for a few reasons...LOL

It badly needs a revamp....and some customers.

Crimson Lights is 31 years old and the age is showing.

I believe it's the oldest set currently in use.
