Brad Bell really is one of the most un-creative writers around. He keeps on repeating storylines over and over again. First it was Brooke/Ridge/Taylor, then it was Hope/Liam/Steffy and now it's Steffy vs Finn's insane relatives.    

Bell and his hard on for KB/Sheila, he literally said the ONLY reason he made Luna Finn's daughter was to "give Sheila something to do" 

Sheila got the girls out. 😂

I don't know who these Italian celebrities are.  I have noticed that when B&B does remotes, they arrange for local celebrities and social media influencers from the host country to appear in cameos in the episodes. 

And B&B sometimes uses contestants from the host country's version of "Big Brother".  In Italy it's called "Grande Fratello". 
Or the Italian "Celebrity Big Brother" . . . "Grande Fratello VIP".

They did a lot of this for the 2023 Rome episodes.  There were dozens of real-life socal media influencers doing cameos -- they appeared as fictional members of the press -- at the outdoor fashion show by the fountain in Rome.  This was one way that B&B got people to appear as extras for their outdoor crowd scenes.

I guess they think this gets new viewers for B&B local broadcasts in the country where they're filming.
And the celebrities also publicize B&B on their own instagrams, which is extra publicity for the show.

It's all cross-promotion. For example, the B&B cast and crew rave about whatever hotel they're staying at for the remote episodes.   Perhaps the show gets a discount for that.  Or perhaps the show gets permission to use parts of the hotel for publicity events etc. 

They use Italian designers for some of the wardrobe featured in the B&B Italy episodes. More cross-promotion.
