I kinda don't completely hate Hayley and that's cause of the actress *small voice*

I don’t hate Haley at all - and she’s probably as much Bill‘s victim as Dani is. He’s significantly older than her and the power dynamics between them were never equal. He knew she came from a broken family and likely preyed on all these insecurities to sleep with her. It’s also painfully obvious that Bill wanted a younger trophy wife more than anything else.

I wonder if it was purely sexual vs. emotional. Like he was bored by his sex life in his marriage at one point and sought sexual fulfillment elsewhere, lol. When he was done, he just thought paying Dana off for her silence would be the end of it.

As far as pacing, the stories are still moving at a clip. I expected Eva to ingratiate herself further into the Richardson home for at least a few more weeks before Leslie revealed herself.

I have to wonder if they’re going to go down the Hayley redemption route, I hope so to be honest. And then an epic Bill/Hayley divorce.

Not before she gets a baby 🤑

Honestly, I would not like it, that's basically the same as Bill. They really messed up with this plot.

I wish they had given them some more natural conflict.

This revelation is almost making me not want to watch this show anymore. Just ruining characters upfront. What's next? Andre rapes Nurse Nightingale?

They clearly have something planned out for Dana’s revenge. I want to see how they’re going to let this unfold as Ted already knows of her reappearance.

Same. The pace feels like primetime.

I won't lie. The reveal really upset me, I find it lazy writing. And I pray to never see another rape storyline in Daytime for the next 10 years.

I feel like there’s an intention to write and produce this show with a streaming/binging audience in mind first.

I was reading the hashtag on social media (just now) to see viewer reactions.
Some caught "Sherry Carter" as a nod to Sheila Carter.

But some had never heard of Sheila Carter ... they thought "Sherry Carter"  was a reference to a former real-life BET host named Sherry Carter.

Call me crazy but Ted having an affair doesn't make me hate him. For all we know this was a one off affair and Eva is at least early 20s so it's possible he made a mistake when he was young and it's now coming back to bite him in the ass. I don't think that makes him like Bill at all. We've had non-villainous characters have affairs many times on soaps. My mind immediately goes to Tom and Margo on ATWT. I think Nicole and Ted could make it through this.

Right, but he paid her off. That's what makes it skeevy.
