From Wed. March 12 closing credits:
Robert Christopher Riley as "Dr. Carlton Fitzgerald"

I see posts above that he's appearing today March 13?  I don't know this actor (I've never seen Dynasty).  I'll catch him later when today uploads to Paramount Plus.

This episode is amazing. I don't know why... but this is my favorite episode so far. It's like... now the FUN begins.

I’ve already forgotten I’m watching a “black soap opera.” I’m just watching a soap opera…and a good one at that. Reminds me of AW, ATWT, and GL.

(oh, and even though they’re not on today, can Ashley and Derek please be written off quickly? I don’t understand the point of either character.)

Nothing. I bet the episode ends with her somehow getting to the podium but it’ll be a fake out/nothing will be said. It’s too early.

*this* is the mark of a good soap -- that your heart is racing, wondering!

I agree that it's too early for the reveal; but I like that there's that much anticipation for viewers.
