I don't have the problem with him, that y'all have. My issue is that it's a real problem to have recurring players driving story. It phuques up everything.

Should've just stuck with the Matt Borlenghi plans for 2009. Hell, even Vincent Irizarry would have been a better villain for Valentin than James Patrick Stuart has been, and that's no slight on Stuart. He's a fine actor, but not for Valentin.

I have always believed (since Valentin actually appeared) this was a cover story by Helena for something else she didn't want the Spencers or the WSB to know about. Which is how I'd play it, after executing Valentin.

I don't think she's needed at all, in that way, right now; I'm willing to sacrifice Brenda (sorry @carolineg) for the exit of Sonny. Maybe, down the line, she can return with the news of Sonny's death, and settle back in Port Charles. But Sonny's got to go. It's overdue at this point.

I would sooner cut 20+ useless people to bring one Brenda back. If you want to know what will get eyes on the show and draw attention, she'll do it. She's one of the only things that could at this point. I am not going to go to the level of imagination where Sonny can be fired, because it's just not going to occur. You have to manage his use.

LIke we have discussed before you can easily sideline Sonny for Brenda.  They marry and that story is complete.  Brenda would just carry the stories and Sonny would just be supporting Brenda.  It would honestly be such a smooth transition.  Sonny's around and involved but no longer leading.

Obviously that won't happen anytime soon, but it would solve a lot of Mo's issues and be satisfying for the audience.

Bringing Brenda back won't cure what's wrong with this soap, especially in 2025.

For real though, Vanessa is your pretty much guarantee to get a ratings bump.  It's not 2002 anymore for sure, but she will get more eyes than anyone else GH could even try to bring back.

We will just agree to disagree on this.  I am not saying you will get the 2003 audience back or anything, but it's the best shot GH has got.  The only other character that I think could bring a lot of eyes back is Robin and KMc seems to have firmly moved on.

Okay.  We can just pair Brenda with Jason post-Sonny.  Lol.  I shouldn't wish that upon my girl, but it's fine.  At least Carly's head will explode!

I love everyone wanting to kill off Sonny, it’s my ultimate dream wish.

There's nothing new about VM. It's been said. Frank will ask her back when and only when Mo is ready. Brenda & Sonny, endgame. And that does not mean middle game. Or even ratings stunt. I take it as meaningful that now Kristina knows about Sonny's heart condition. Now 5 people know.
