EJ flirts with Belle. Chanel confronts Johnny. Philip and Stephanie both make admissions. JJ and Gabi take the next step in their relationship.

Friday, January 3, 2025 – Episode #15024

Paulina supports Chanel. Abe offers a sympathetic ear to Johnny. Javi interrupts JJ and Gabi's special moment. Joy and Alex share an awkward morning.

That TVInsider article says "Emily O’Brien will be back as Gwen on March 10, 2025."

That's an error, I believe.

So Theresa is Ron's stories and Gwen is the new writers stories. I'm not liking that at all from the new writers.

Agreed, not needed.

I wonder if Paula/Jeanne changed any of Ron’s story projections. I know he changed some things when he first came on. 

And agreed, that most of the stuff mentioned sounds a lot like Ron (Chad/Cat, Stephanie/Alex, Fake Rafe) And that Gwen is not needed. Theresa is needed a lot more, especially now that she may become a grandmother. 

It stinks that they’re recasting Sophia, but it could be the actress’ decision, like with Jamie Martin Mann. 

As for Leo… 🤮🤮🤮

I’m still optimistic though.

The new Team also loves Fake Rafe too so yeah any hope I had for them already out the window

Me, too! Stubbornly, doggedly, refusing to give in to these people who seem to actually be trying to get us canceled. 

This preview basically confirmed all my feelings on Janet Drucker and on what we're going to get with this new head-writing team.

Sophia updates Holly on her situation with Tate. Doug comforts Julie. Tate and Brady stand firm in their commitment. Ava wants the truth from Kristen.

Thursday, January 9, 2025 – Episode #15028

Philip and Xander cross swords. Holly tends to Doug III. Sophia apologizes to Tate. Brady and Kristen play the blame game.

Friday, January 10, 2025 – Episode #15029

Sarah warns Xander to stay on the right side of the law. Holly presses Doug for the truth. Chad and Julie comfort each other. Cat opens up to Marlena. Stephanie lashes out at Philip.

 

Wait they’re recasting Rachel?! That little girl plays the most perfect demon Spawn of Kristen. I had the same disappointment when they recast Ciara and Theo from their younger performers.

Yes, they've already got the new Rachel. I am furious. It's ridiculous. They don't need to age her. Although the new girl's picture doesn't look older. So, I remain unconvinced. And, mad.

At least it's a kid in a similar age range, so I'm glad they're not SORASing her. Let her grow up on screen as I'm enjoying her as a demon spawn.

I'm guessing that Slater might've just gotten tired of acting?
