Give CM a break. He's been given a lot of material - most of it blah - and airtime in a short period of time. I think he's doing a great job. Plus, you know every time HT looks at him, she's flashing back to Y&R!

At least we know why RJ has been missing. And I agree with @dragonflies they should've cast Remy as RJ - he even looks like he could be Ridge's son.

B&B definitely was more interesting when suspense was added this summer with Lunacy, but I don't get why they'd stack Lunacy whining with the Remy climax. Why not spread these stories out?

I have repeatedly said that with the material these people are given... not much acting can save it. But saying that Crew Morrow can act circles around KKL and AN... sounds like a joke without a punchline. It really does. Crew is not even remotely in the league of Annika Noelle. And that is normal. Nobody expects it from him. He's a newbie. He has time to grow.

That I agree with. He should have been Brooke's gay son that wrecks Ridge's misogyny and homophobia to pieces. It would have been so nice. But...  shoulda woulda coulda...  Bradley Bell will never do it.

I see this post just now. I missed it before. And yes...   what you said is again... sooo truthful.

Bold is my oldest... toxic relationship.

I am definitely kind of bummed at the prospect of MA being gone as Thomas. He's definitely a decent actor and personally I will miss him, if he is indeed gone.

B&B is an absolute train wreck and I am out of excuses for Brad Bell. He has a habit of pulling a rabbit out of a hat and making the show fire, when it's been as boring as watching paint dry. However, NOTHING is working for me at all right now.

Brooke is the biggest disappointment. Susan Flannery's Stephanie is missed beyond measure.

I just can't wait for Beyond The Gates.

I watched today’s episode and yeah it was another laugh riot:

1. The warp speed of the stalker storyline involving two newbies.

2. Will having a montage of his memories with Electra…haven’t they only been together since October?

3. The PSA talk between Katie, Will, Ivy, Carter, and Hope

4. Lunacy. I predict she probably asked someone to beat her up just to play up $Bill’s sympathy.

In fact after we get through the Electra story I predict we are going to get some weird tawdry Bill/Luna/Will triangle. I feel it in my bones already.

Well when everything else is boring I suppose Thudley & crew decided at least muster up some energy for these spaced out episodes as the show is off again for the next two days until Thursday. So even if both stories are mess it did provide an adequate cliffhanger, for anyone(if there is anyone)that actually cares at least lol.

@soapfan770  Glad you mentioned that ridiculous montage Will had of Electra. They've known each other all of 5 seconds and Bradley is doing a montage of them as a couple.

We all know your bias towards JMW/Steffy but to say Crew is a better actor than KKL or Annika??? What? Come on.

I'm going to stick up for Laneya Grace - I think she's doing a decent job with her first dramatic scenes.  I see potential with her, especially with her being very young.  And I think Crew does an okay job in his day-to-day scenes - he hasn't done anything dramatic yet.  With Will/Electra being such a good looking couple, it's such a big missed opportunity to have such bad writing for them.

So is Remy falling over?

Electra is dumb as dirt. Why is she hiding instead of screaming bloody murder?

The Ivy and Katie scenes were zzzzzzzzzzzz. Why is Ivy so calm?

Will sucks. Those remote scenes of Will motorcycling around the studio was.

So Dollar Bill is God? The bright heavenly light was a bit much.

Dollar Bill is very gullible.

    • Nick told Victoria that he and Sharon had married in England.  Victoria was shocked.  Then she realized he was kidding.  He confirmed it was a joke and they're platonic. I don't even know what to say about that.
    • It's funny you say that because part of the entertainment of the trials on the show are all the day players who come on as witnesses and jurors.  I'm certain it was like the Law and Order of its time. It employed so many New York actors, that if you look close enough, there's usually someone vaguely recognizable in the courtroom.
    • I will defend Dante.  People already suspect he may be a bit unstable from time to time (from his time as a prisoner).  And, he's taking care of other people's kids from time to time.  So, he has reason to be cautious with those in his care.
    • Josh continues to try and milk Abbott/Newman rivalry. First it was Billy/Victoria, then Kyle/Summer, then Noah/Allie (that worked out well) and now Kyle/Claire. Do we have any inkling when Billy Flynn will arrive and who he will play? I'm sure Cole's illness will mostly play offscreen. What's in store for Nick and Sharon? Is it time to put them back together? I can't see any other romantic options. Nick has no children on the canvas to play off, as Christian is never seen. Sharon has only Mariah onscreen.
    • I would appreciate (if they're not coming), for future scripts to refer to them by their iconic hairdos.  For example, if Hope needs to call Chelsea because Bo has Sepsis, I'd like Shawn-D to say, "My Mom called Chelsea (the one with the sassy short black hair) for an update." Also, new rule, if Melanie does return, she needs to dye her hair back to red.  I googled who she was five times during Victor's funeral.

    • Broderick, thank you for all of the info [I edited for space]. I am so grateful for everyone filling in the blanks for me. I suspected the Nora/Eliot scene was very important and it was setting something up but I didn't know what. Can't wait to see it play out. The two actors had such a great back and forth. I should have made the Paige/Patty Hearst connection. I thought Paige was in love with Brian from the first episode I watched but it seemed as if they were brother and sister. Steve kept being affectionate with her so I assumed he was the love interest. Then she was affectionate with someone else and well..she's a very busy woman. I can't wait to see Frances Fisher show up. (I'm trying to be vague because I don't know what would be a spoiler in this storyline) Now it makes sense why Draper would be upset. I didn't get the whole background of why he didn't go to NY. I'm a sucker for good acting, so I might still side with April and Margo, if the writers don't give Draper more to do besides yelling.  He had more chemistry with Logan, but I know that's not happening.  Something else I noticed: the show really takes care with even the smallest parts. The acting is superb. Too often, I noticed on older soaps they don't take care with the recurring or day players (Ryan's Hope was so bad with this that I couldn't make it through some episodes). It's only been six episodes, but so far, the casting department was spot on.
    • I thought Dante was overreacting.  Gio made some mistakes but he's young and he tried.  It's not like he dragged two 14 years to a party and made them get blackout drunk.  Dante can have the initial upset reaction, but to go on and on was a bit much.
    • His (adoptive) nieces.  Chelsea and Stephanie.  I think Abby was involved too, but I am not sure if they are related lol.
    • That was such a dark story. I never liked Swamp girl after that. And then the dating your cousin thing. I think wasn’t Max in a triangle with two of his cousins?
    • Thank you, @j swift.  I'm probably more sympathetic to Draper Scott than most audience members are -- even though I'm absolutely CRAZY about Ann Williams & her bizarre Margo Huntington character

The more I watch these episodes -- and I've watched several of them a zillion times, I'm ashamed to admit -- you realize there's a WHOLE lot of passive-aggressive hostility brewing inside Margo Huntington about Draper.  She wants to take April AWAY from him and recreate the childhood that she never got to experience with April, because of the adoption 25 years ago.  Draper has sense enough to realize how heartless and vindictive Margo really is about other people's lives and their feelings, but he bites his tongue rather than poison his wife's mind about how horrible her mother really is.  And I admire him for that.  He's a sweet boy.
