Great now we have Victor pulling a poor little Billy and crowing about getting revenge on Jack. Didn’t he already accomplish this? I think TGVN needs to leave this one alone and move on.

I’m so over it. This man is in his 80’s and the only thing he does is plot against Jack which he’s been doing for what 40 years or something? Oh and I forgot he also spends his time telling his fully adult family members what to do.

Really enjoyed today’s episode especially with the Nate & Audra scenes. ZS did a fabulous job showing off Audra’s very rarely seen vulnerable side….i think this is the first time in 2 years the show has actually explored what Audra’s drive is.

Summer noooooooooo!!! Say it ain't so re: Summer/Chance. 

 

That said...this episode was a good start to the week as stuff was starting to move again.

 

First...yassssss!!! Sharon has been drugged!!! I love the confirmation. And yes, it gives her wiggle room that maybe she DIDN'T kill Heather. Dare I hope Heather is even still alive? But I love Michael for talking some sense to her. And Nick being there doing his Knight in Shining Armor bit. Hmmm. Just the fact, they know, but Daniel/Summer/Giggly Heffa don't know yet gives potential for some serious drama...fingers crossed.

 

Meanwhile, Yeeeeah Summer is totally manipulating a bit. Last time I watched it was her telling Kyle about Claire's news before Claire could. Now it's her trying to tell Harrison before Claire can, too. Kyle was in the right there. That said...I do like how Kyle and Summer co-parent. Feels so organic and ripe for drama. Still...if there is about to be a love mess with Claire/Kyle/Summer, I still think Chance could be involved. 

 

In fact, the only thing moving slow to me are the antics of Jordan and Ian. 

 

But good start.

Well, that took a turn. 

 

I was happy to see that it was revealed that it was Jordan drugging Sharon this whole time. And I am curious what Ian's endgame will be. I did love the little bit where Mariah felt Ian's presence. Oooo. Dare I hope...she's the one that sees him first? But that will probably wind up in the kidnapping.

 

Go, Sharon! Good to see that she is willing to be hypotized to get to the bottom of this. Being proactive, rather than reactive. Like Giggly Heffa over here. Good for Faith to defend her mom. Giggly Heffa can have soooo many seats. And I loved that now even Daniel is having doubts. 

 

Love seeing Ashley, but those scenes with her, Abby, Devon, and Dominic did nothing for me.

 

Meanwhile, those scenes with Nate and Audra, which were about nothing, did something for me. Could help that SD is looking like a snack. Him and that bubble.

 But I enjoy Nate and Audra as a couple so good to see them being one. But any talk about Audra and her ambitions has always been in her character and she's verbalizing it often enough for me at least.

It is! And Phyllis, already admitting that the vehicle that ran her off the road was NOT SHARON'S continues to say that Sharon ran her off the road.

Oh and Victor basically threatening Claire re: Kyle and Nikki just brushing it off. OMG. At least Jack remembered Victor had Victoria arrested on her wedding day.

Yay!!! So they are picking up the plot nugget they dropped from when Sharon met Alan. Good. I called it then at the start of Sharon unravelling so good to see it being picked up. That said...SERIOUSLY, GIGGLY HEFFA??? You now have doubts about Sharon running you off the road and your hatred for her is THAT much??? GIRL, BYE.

 

Speaking of byes...STFU BILLY. I'm happy that Jack told him the truth about the manipulation, but of course Billy had to make it all about him. The only wrong move Jack made was offering Billy any kind of job. Let him suffer.

 

I do have to say that I love seeing SC's hair styled a whole different way. It looks nice.

 

Oooh now Kyle/Diane can be civil when Diane was saying the same thing at the start of that whole stupid storyline. Whatever, I'm happy they appear to be moving past it. 

 

Ooooo what are you planning now, Victor?

I was about to say a meh episode and about fell out to see the CHANCELLOR MANSION set!!! I mean...wow. Have we seen it since the Abby/Chance breakup? I would love for Ed Scott to do more with it, but a good start to see attempts to make it look like it has space.

 

Kyle/Claire as Romeo/Juliet? Yeeeeah NOPE. That said...I guess the Victor/Claire and Jack/Kyle scenes were okay. At least Claire got to sit down with Victor directly. And I loved her bonding with Nikki and Victoria over clothes. Meanwhile, while it's a good story beat to play to see if there are any aftereffects from Jack and Diane fake fighting...I just didn't love that storyline so I would rather it was done, done. Love the beat being hit, hate the story. 

 

Nate/Audra are love. And I'm all for SD in those pants. 

 

And awww at that Lily/Devon coda. Storylines closing out.
