The writing for Trina continues to be bad. She does one 180 after another regarding Kai, and TA isn't helping matters with her inauthentic performance.

I think she’s got a lot of natural charm and would do really well on a multi camera sitcom but I’m sick of watching her here. Her acting has been particularly cringe worthy since this story started.

Yeah… the frat boy brawl was so cliche it wasn’t even funny. And a little unnecessary too. I mean, what was the point of making Dex’s stabbing a mystery, right after it was revealed that Cyrus killed Sam? But whatevs.

And, I don’t like Curtis being so easily manipulated by Michael. He’s a lot smarter than that.

That's because the story is an afterschool special from 1983.

Tabyana is perfectly capable of carrying when given something half-decent. The Kai C-story isn't it.

No, it's not. It's dumbfounding, and quite tiring.

No character changes more with whoever is writing the show than Cyrus. The scab writers were redeeming him. Mulcahey turned him into a frightened old man and then completely dropped him (probably the best way to handle this mess of a character). The new writers bring him back and turn him into this murdering bad guy. Maybe it will be revealed that, like Heather, he had hip replacement surgery too..

That Cyrus is the murderer is disappointing; it's so cliche and obvious. It should have been more of a mystery and have more to do with Sam's history or the mob. You know if Guza were writing, he would have had one of the many kids on this show be the culprit.

Ummm no. I think the scab writers played Cyrus as more of a gray character and to JK's strengths. It was them that revealed to the audience that Cyrus was totally faking his conversion to the audience even as he was feeling a little (but not too much) conflicted about his actions. Shame all the writers after that have forgotten that plot point.

But hey...the scab writers were the ones that officially got Sprina together and treated them like an actual couple, right? So...

Nothing against Susan Lucci or Erica Kane or even Pine Valley but the idea of bringing her on the show instead of just a mention of her on the phone is, if you ask me, one of the worst ideas I've heard in about a year. Also no offense intended to the poster of said idea. Just one person's opinion.

I hate when EP do this. You have Babe and Tad Martin on the show playing different characters and yet you mention her. Why??

This happens on soaps a fair amount. I think it's just a tribute, although maybe part is down to Frank just wanting to brag about having access to AMC characters.

A shame they never do anything with Loving characters, although I wouldn't want to hear about Gwyn's poisoned hip.

He already tried and she turned him down.

Makes you wonder. They went all in on OLTL characters for a bit, now it's shifted to AMC actors/characters. I'm sure they have some data behind the scenes for the reasoning.

I can tell you that I (as an old AMC viewer) haven't watched a soap since 2013. That was the online version by Prospect Park. But, I am watching GH now. I like Alexa Havins a lot.

Also, why does almost every female on GH have the same hair color? The blonde with roots showing...
