Members Taoboi
11-18 Oh, dear. I was worried about how this week would look given it was coming off of a major event, returning cast members, and turns in the stories. On the good side, I continue to love that I was right about the Diane setup. And I thought the scenes were good between Jack, Diane, and Kyle. I actually feel a bit sorry for him. Well more than Billy. But Jack and Diane weren't wrong. I think the only false note for me was that Diane did not wait to sign the papers with Victor. And then tell Kyle. Solid proof. But I am sure this Jack vs Victor fight is far from other. I'm happy Sharon confessed to Nick. And that slowly, but surely everyone is finding out. And then the coda scene with Chance (with that WTF look) was very good. But I guess I feel some of the stakes in this story have now left that it is more than likely Ian/Jordan behind it all. Heck...with Ian in the mix, is it possible Heather is alive? I await the explanation. Good set as usual, but it does feel like we lost the high.
Members edgeofnik
I really want the OG Mariah back - not this Cassified version. You know, the one that stalked Abby/Tyler, tortured Sharon and tossed snark at 'Snowflake' etc. Right or not, Mariah should resent/feel slighted that Sharon is obsessed with Cassie. I always thought that having Mariah pursue Daniel would've be an interesting twist. Even better, substitute Mariah for Sharon in this story with Ian pulling the strings and then offering Mariah a *way out* Overall, EB has been quite amazing these last few months. This is the version of Victor we want. I think the meaty story has really energized him - especially after his health scares.
Members BetterForgotten
Tomorrow’s US episode makes me want to stop watching again (and I probably will soon). I just can’t deal with Giggly Heffa’s sainted victim routine as if she hasn’t done sh!t worse or as bad as what she’s accusing Sharon of.
Members Antoyne
Why the hell are they using green screen for the park now Please register in order to view this content . Can we please just stop all the green screen please. It’s so distracting.
Members Vee
It's embarrassing the "#1 soap" has been reduced to this and GH hasn't.
Members BetterForgotten
They also have a park set that they’ve used, so it’s random as f.uck when they use CGI. It’s clearly to save money and time, but they use it so randomly that it’s even more jarring as hell. They could afford a new Newman ranch set and a car crash explosion last week, but can’t bring out the park set they’ve used for this? But, otherwise, the production has vastly improved since Ed Scott came back. The CGI looked even worse before. Members soapfan770
I’ll share my thoughts later this week once we ge through tomorrow (and I skipped through a lot of Wednesday’s episode between local station here in South Carolina forminterruptions for Susan Smith parole hearing but also due to too much Billy lol so I may have to go back!) That said while the high from last week has lessened, I like this week so far a lot. Probably the first time in a long time we have actually gotten 2-3 weeks of worthy sweeps material and not sleeps material in sweeps month as we like to say. Highlights for the week for me so far include Jack/Diane/Kyle, Victor vs Diane, Sharon’s confession, Daniel’s rage and surprisingly Ian and Jordan Elena back with zero fanfare. We need to see her reaction to Nate and Audra Please register in order to view this content Also Sally telling Chelsea off, made better with Connor telling Sally he wished she was still around when Chelsea randomly appeared to remind us that she still exists. LOL. Hopefully Adam and Sally will reconcile by Christmas/New Year’s and leave both Billy and Chelsea in the cold Meanwhile if our manchilds Billy and Kyle do end up back at Jabot having to face off with each other I’m here for it lol.
Members Antoyne
He’s made excellent changes. The CGI has to go. It’s legitimately wild how so far ahead GH is than Y&R with sets. They both had graveyard scenes in the last few weeks and Y&R ruined any emotion there may have been with terrible green screen that just completely took you out of it and reminded you yes you’re watching a a cheap ass tv show. Members soapfan770
This is one of those times where if Gina was still in the role these scenes would’ve been more moving and root able. Only thing I gave the Staff is at least she didn’t descend into giggles during her usual over the top hysterics.
Members YRfan23
I can’t and will never stomach Phyllis’s “I’m the victim” act…. That’s Staffords MO that she sees Phyllis as some misunderstood person, yet once again I found this entire sequence of her yelling at Chance and everybody for not believing her, just making my blood boil….and it makes me think that unlike the other actresses who played Phyllis I don’t think we have yet to see Phyllis really get called out and blamed for any of her sins.
Members BetterForgotten
It’s impossible to feel any sympathy for Giggly Heffa/SyPhyllis when she goes on her victim act and starts spouting crap about her “rivals” like Sharon, Diane, and Cricket when she’s consistently and intentionally done much worse crap and has never been held accountable for anything for more than 5 seconds. At least Stafford has started to tone it down a little recently, that’s as much as I can say.
Members YRfan23
I looked at global schedule for Thanksgiving….sadly no listing for any classic episodes being shown this year. Please register in order to view this content im honestly baffled more then usual because with all the anniversaries and 13,000 episodes and the rebuilding of the original ranch, I would really thought they’d show one this year!

Members soapfan770
I was wondering about that too. Too bad. Maybe we’ll get something for Christmas and maybe around New Year’s too? Last year it was a 1993 episode and a pair of 2003 episodes if I recall right. Thanksgiving can be hit or miss on CBS over the years. We’ve had years like the early 00’s, 2012 & 2013 and last year were something at least 10+years old aired, while other years a lot more recent episodes aired, and then some years all of the lineup was pre-empted entirely depending on what football rights CBS or in the case of one year, to show the Rugrats movies instead lol.
