Well now that Heather is gone, Paul is just another past character- an ex of Lauren and Christine. Kind of like Cole was until they bizarrely decided to resurrect his daughter.

Paul doesn't need to be referenced again.

Pity how it all turned out. 

If they had to kill someone off for this Sharon story, I wish they'd found a way to make it Chelsea. I feel like that would've worked better because the character is tired and you wouldn't have the baggage of killing off a legacy character but being unable to bring their family back to play the story. Heather still had so much momentum left. They hadn't played her relationship with Adam and of course Paul and April are MIA. Hell, with Steve Burton back on GH, they couldn't even spring for Dylan. 

I just can't understand how it was approved to kill this particular character.

So I'm wondering, which of Lucy's grandmothers is Phyllis referring to?
April Stevens, Sheila Carter, or herself Phyllis?
Seeing as this is the week of the Michelle Stafford anniv Phyllis-centric episode, I'm guessing Phyllis will talk about herself.

(Phyllis could maybe tell Lucy about a Sheila-Phyllis storyline, but I doubt it)
