I've said it before but if I thought SC could be tempted away from B&B job security (he can't) I would go after him in a hot second. Bring Dillon back for Tracy and the family, have him still be in entertainment but becoming a kind of quirky mini-mogul in various fields. I'd write Michael out for a couple years and recast.

Dillon is such a better character for SC.    Like you said, it would never happen or even be a smart move for SC.  GH would never make Dillon front burner like B&B uses Liam.

I would honestly add Dillon (recast or whatever) and dump Michael for awhile too.

Could bring back in Robert Palmer Watkins... I know some feel in-different in the role, but he's always seemed open to returning.

Watkins was classic Frank. So bland. And don't get me started on his 'music career'.

Yes, SC will never hop off the B&B money train like so many others in front of or behind the camera (unless they retire or get their own show, like MVJ/PM) but it's a nice thought. Of course it would require him to be used well, vs. what Frank has done with Rena, Eva LaRue, etc. just to say they're on the show. My idea presupposes a different regime lol.

I literally laughed out loud when I heard he'd been cast as Dillon, because I had just seen him on an episode of Lifetime's awful "My Crazy Ex."

My main problem was Dillon returned interacting with Lulu & Maxie, which he should have... but then they stunted him by including him in Kiki, Michael & Morgan, which he shouldn't have been stuck inside of. He should've stuck with Lulu & Maxie, and their partners etc.

Dillon seemed to be another of those characters Guza lost interest in quickly, especially after he flopped with golden girl JMB.

I did genuinely like Scott Clifton on OLTL, even if he seemed very twitchy on GH

The idea of Dillon returning makes sense, especially as we probably won't have Tracy much longer, but then many would have said the same about Brooklyn and she's just sort of there.

I've never cared about Wagger and never will but it's clear his big speech about Sonny right after Mulcahey arrived (and the overall push against the character in those months) really pissed the surviving creatives at the show off. Wagger was a useful means to an end for me, nothing more. Now they're all acting like he was Pol Pot with CMT hair. Not looking fwd to Laura's inevitable 180 on Sonny (which Anna has already done, sadly).

That and the shift in how they handle Tracy (who PM clearly adored) back to all the 'nice' characters taking cheap shots at her is tiresome. And now of course because the numbers are up again Frank and his team will never leave. Sigh.

They only tried her with him because they were fascinated with her (pulling him away from Georgie even that pairing was popular). At one point every dude under 30 on the show was in love with her.

I'm not convinced Jane is going anywhere any time soon. Retirement did not seem to agree with her. I think with a good writing team in place SC and Jane together again would be wonderful. But that's not happening and he's never leaving the golden parachute at B&B.

Guza was very fascinated with young JMB.  You are right everyone-including Spinelli!-was in love with Lulu for years and JMB had chemistry with absolutely no one lol.  Until DZ/Dante came along.

I would say Guza pulling Dillon away from Georgie was a bit of misogynistic hatred for the fact that LL didn't look like a typical teen/young adult heroine.   And then Guza just decided to kill her off even though Georgie/Dillon could have been the next young supercouple.

I think the show does need Dillon.  I have no hopes of SC coming back, but the show could find someone better than Watkins.  Dillon's quirky and dorky.  Not Michael 2.0

Agreed (though I do think Lindze looked exactly like one, she just wasn't JMB/Kirsten and she wasn't a size zero). They wanted Lulu to be the young star and they wanted their preferred males with the star. Same reason they had Luke artificially latch on to Dillon, Lulu latch on to Carly, etc. When they liked someone new they made sure the top characters became their BFFs. I do think Julie had chemistry with Josh Duhon but that didn't end well lol. She was very talented but romance was never her forte AFAIC. The attitude they had Lulu putting forth onscreen was a key issue.

GH's old writing team (MVJ, etc.) has long claimed Guza was not to blame for Georgie. I'm not sure I buy it.

Portia changed Heather’s test results, right?

What kind of relationship will Heather and Alexis have in Pentonville?

Yeah, it's a shame because I think Lindze could have made Georgie into a Robin-like heroine.  She was a bit more "plain" and not a "hot" as JMB/KS back then (I think she's gorgeous personally though).  She was much more relatable.  JMB is such a cold actress.

I don't remember her and Duhon together much.  I just can't believe Duhon got blacklisted from daytime for his antics lol.  I don't think he's worked since anywhere.
