I've read that it is going to be super silly, and she's going to steal a snow plow.

I'll wait and see, but, I don't think that they've established the premise that Paulina is overprotective of Chanel.  She's let her get in tons of trouble without coming to her rescue.  So, suddenly breaking out of the hospital feels out of character.  Which, to me, is worse than soap characters doing things that are preposterous.

I’m willing to buy it because during their time on the show we’ve actually seen Paulina and Chanel get closer. If this was when they first got to Salem I would agree.
