If you missed The Day Players Band earlier this month during their Phoenix, Arizona show and have the means to travel (or if you happen to be local), the group will make additional stops later this year in Huntsville, Alabama and Nashville, Tennessee.

First up: On Saturday, November 4, the band will perform at the Stand Up Live Huntsville comedy club and dinner theater in Huntsville, AL. Doors open at 1:00 p.m., and the show begins at 2:00 p.m. Guests must be 19 or older. Tickets range from $55.00 per person for General Admission; $125.00 for VIP (includes concert, 20 minute Q&A, and post-show meet & greet/photo opportunity); and $225.00 for Day Players Super Pass (includes admission to the club for sound check at 12:00 p.m. with The Day Players Band, pre-show photos, autographed photo of the band, the concert, 20 minute Q&A and post-show meet & greet/photo opportunity). Meanwhile, on Sunday, November 5, the band heads to Zanies Comedy Club in Nashville, TN. Doors open at 1:00 p.m., and the show starts at 2:00 p.m.  Guests must be 18 or older. As before, tickets range from $55.00 per person for General Admission; $125.00 for VIP Priority Seating (includes priority sweating and post-show meet & greet); and $225.00 for Super Pass (includes priority seating, pre-show soundcheck and post-show meet & greet). The Day Players is a band comprising four leading actors from the daytime drama series  “Days of our Lives,” including Carson Boatman (Johnny DiMera), Brandon Barash (Stefan O. DiMera), Eric Martsolf (Brady Black) and Wally Kurth (Justin Kiriakis; Ned Quartermaine on “General Hospital”).

The concert is an unprecedented 90 minute acoustic act encompassing rich harmonies, engaging storytelling, and a guaranteed unforgettable night out.

$55 just seems a bit too steep for a group that's essentially a covers band at this point; I'm sure they're having fun with it, but yeah, I probably wouldn't pay that much to go see them (especially not the VIP and beyond prices, but I'm sure there are some fans that would so fair enough).
