According to the next SID, Jerry Douglas who played John is returning to the show. The cover has John, Gloria and Jack on the cover. The headline says John Returns to End Jack and Gloria's Battle for Good!

I was really hoping that they were writing her into a corner with this story and she get carted off to prison or fall into a vat of cleaning solvent!

I have faith that she WILL be written into a corner eventually. Jerry Douglas said in his TV GUIDE interview that she is basically nuts. Once he finds out what she did to ABBY without showing a bit of remorse, how can she get out of this?

I'm not really surprised he's back. When Latham came on one of the first things she said was something about bringing Jerry Douglas back. Which he deserves. They never should of tried writing him off in the first place. Damn Jack the Hack.

I actually don't mind John being written off because his exit (written by Latham) was SO GREAT. I loved seeing the entire Abbott family, including Traci there for John. It was the best send off they could've given him.

Plus with him only being in jail, he could be back.

Well I hope John comes back.... I mean I consider what Gloria has done worse than what John did, he was protecting his family.... while Gloria plotted this out and knowingly was putting Jabot in danger... I don't buy her "I am stupid"defense. Damn that witch
